Very basic accommodation facility with high room rates. Complete dissatisfaction. Not at all value for money.

Room was good. Bathroom was clean. View from the room was nice. Staff behaviour was average. Overall was nice.

Location is awesome . Mesmerising view of mountains from room balcony . It has separate balcony private for the room. King size bed. Food is awesome and really tasty. Chef is good here you will get yummy food . Cooks nicely and less oily. Staff are good and polite . Water heater u will need to wait for 30min.

Overall it was a good stay, the rooms were great and the view from the balcony is amazing, but the staff of the hotel seem under equipped to deal with emergency situations. We lost a room key in the night and were told that the staff did not have a spare key, and we would have to wait till 8:30 in the morning to get our room open

I with my uk friends, stayed there for a night! it was excellent, clean and very friendly staffs, ready to help! i would not mind booking again. We did not have food there ( they do have restaurant) so cant say anything regarding food. Location is good.

- the location is far away from all tourist locations. - awesome view. - hotel is clean and tidy. - the staff except the reception lady is helpful and polite. - food is average to good depending on the dish ordered. - too noisy. Our room was mountain facing and there were constant noises of moving vehicles on the road, even during the night. The sounds from the kitchen leak into the room. - hot water problem - rooms are fitted with geysers which can only manage to heat one bucket of water every 30 mins (during winters. Beware of this fact if coming with family.

Hotel is at the best location as it's close sohra market area and has a beautiful view from hotel. Receptionist should be more gentle and polite.

The room was comfortable for three people. Room service was also nice and staff courteous. The food was homely with apt spices. However, there is scope for improvement in toilet, taps need attention, no space for keeping toiletries at washbasin, no hooks for clothes. Overall experience comfortable.
