Good hotel with poor maintenance, no proper response from staff. Reservation manager and hotel manager has no proper co ordination

We loved everything about the hotel. The food was awesome. Must stay place at sohra. The view from our room was mesmerising. Thank you hotel labana.

It is a good property to stay for a night in cherapunji. Not a fancy one but a reasonable stay. It is on the main road itself and has good views.

Food quality and room service is not up to the mark. Also the behaviour of the lady on the reception desk is not good for the guest.

Decent place to stay in cherrapunji. Location is good. Good view of valley from room. No elevator but hotel staff helps with the luggage.

The property has very nice view of the mountain. Clouds come to the balcony. But the room amenities are over priced at 4. 5k. In rainy season you might find one or two bugs and mosquitoes around. Food prices are reasonable. Overall average ratting for the price.

The property is in scenic environment with a mountain view, they provided awesome food within budget and have good amenities and services.

The hotel is situated near to the highway and quite easy to locate. Rooms are not much spacious but it's ok for a night or two. One thing best in this hotel is the view from the rooms and balcony. It has a fantastic view of the mountains with waterfalls. Food is also good. Parking space is limited. Overall a good place to spend vacation in cherrapunji.

Pleasant stay and quick room service. Rooms were extremely neat and clean. Beautiful scenic valley view. Very strategically located as major waterfalls like nahkolika, w ah kaba and eco park were in close proximity.
