Place smelt of mould on entry. Tiles sticky and dust on top of picture frames TV's and a/c absolutely filthy. Found suspected mould spots on pillows. Place is pretty disgusting as per all the reviews.

Basic, comfortable room, walking distance to Chernside shopping centre. Facility is a little noisy, being able to hear neighboring doors opening and closing at all hours.

The motel provides Free Breakfast. The motel room facility enough. The location is inconvenient. But McDonald's is nearby motel. The motel cannot provide house keeping Service.

Dirty shower, soap bar left on shower floor. Opened milk in the fridge. Water in fridge hard to use when door wouldn't close also. No parking

Great location, about 200 metres from main chermside bus interchange which is right next to Westfield's chermside shopping centre.

They said they had no notice of my booking! and questioned 2 rooms I had booked and pre paid! Arrived just before 2pm and waited for half hour for said room to be cleaned, they said I was to early when I requested on trip.com that I requested an earlier booking into room? When sister arrived few hours later she was also told they had no booking! So annoying and inconvenient.

Average stay. Fair price but needs modernising

I had booked a room based on having a queen bed and a pool side view. I actually got two singles joined together and not that comfortable. I was disappointed as the room didn't meet my expectations for the $174 price tag. The bath room was quite spacious but hot water took several minutes to come thru the system. While it was perfectly located to shopping g and personal interests it's just too over priced based on room size and furnishings. The staff were helpful and friendly. They stopped doing breakfast and offer muffin and juice box as continental but I didn't see any muffins when I went down. Maybe they only dish out minimum to people. While they still advertise in rooms that the bfast is available at the counter it's told a different story.Clear info on the book g would allow people to choose once they k ow.

Staff were friendly; the room was nice. The swimming pool had quite a lot of leaves in it. The gym set up was a bit strange; there is a partner gym 3 minutes walk away which is really well kitted out. However the hotel ask you to pay the gym provider directly to go; then bring a receipt to reception with your bank details, and they will then ‘pass them to accounts’ for a refund. Seems like a ball ache - esp with a UK bank account. Breakfast was not great. Bananas were all past their best.

Nice quiet place. Next to a big shopping centre. Can't go wrong there. Not too far from airport or town, so quite easy get around.
