Osong H Hotel Sejong City anmeldelser

Losing a guest’s belongings and sending them to another customer is unacceptable. Although I eventually recovered my clothing, the situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The hotel should improve its management of guests’ personal property and handle such issues more professionally. Fortunately, the item was found in the end, but the overall experience was disappointing.

The Hotel was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay as a family.

Staying here because it is close to the customer place. Very local hotel, price is decent so does breakfast

Not the best hotel that I’ve stayed, but there’s not a lot of options in Sejong. It’s clean enough, although lacking basic services (kettle didn’t work). Breakfast was seriously lacking, but there’s not that much options outside either.

Big clean room, good service. Lots of restaurants to choose from around there. Big supermarket just right across the street.

Great place and friendly staff!

the only downside is king size bed was 2 twin beds combined, with there was a gap in between. so king size bed room is not worth it.

The hotel is just good if you looking for stay in a business trip. Don’t expect to have luxury hotels experience.
