Can be far far better with lil more efforts from the management, staff. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood at a business area in Chennai, the hotel has the advantage of being strategically located for both business and leisure travellers. Some of the staff members are incredibly nice and always available to sort the issues, if any that you face. Prem, Shyam the roomboys are real gems and so is Santosh on front desk. I was alloted 204 when I had checked in at night, avoid that room at any cost, totally worn out. Next morning shifted to 209 where I woke up with a nice slice of sun and fresh air. Breakfast buffet is just okayish, dnt expect much. Did not yet try food from their in-house kitchen and so wont comment on this. The property is surrounded by good eateries which is a big advantage. Dont be apprehensive of language issue during your stay if you dnt speak Tamil, rooms boys all speak Hindi and members of front office too speak Hindi and English. Enough cable tv channels but I would like to watch Star Sports 1 next time in English, not in Tamil as I dnt understand that rich language at all. -:) A confortable stay, somewhat value for money. Employees make it better here.
