Room wall is not clean and bed. Bathroom bucket not clean. No tea service

We found blood stains in the wall and bed. Pillows, bedsheet, blanket and towel is not even clean. Blood stains in wall and bed. Its very awkward to stay in the room. Another room is preety good and happy to stay there.

When asked for mosquito liquid, they say ac room won't have mosquito and they won't provide any mosquito liquids and we have to bring our own when we stay there.

Make my trip is a worst platform which doesn’t keep track of the hotels on their portal. I will never use make my trip in future infact i will tell all my contacts not to use this platform for hotel booking
