Below expectations. This is supposed to be great stay as Fourpoints by Sheraton itself is a huge brand. Staff are not able to properly provide key card accessible to room. Had to request so many times and only able to provide the next morning. Pillow is tooo soft. Pool view is not as what was posted on the app bookong.

Beautiful Service , Excellent Hospitality , Got a free upgrade in room type. Front Desk(Forgot the name) was very efficient and professional while Check in. All in All wonderful stay! Cheers to Four Points OMR Chennai!

Overall the room was very fantastic but only the nitpicking thing is that the bathroom was not very spacious.

ベッドのシーツが交換はされているが、シミが沢山残っていた。部屋の湿度が高いため、ベッドのシーツや枕について、よくホテルで感じられるサラサラの肌触り、清潔感が感じられなかった。枕のカバーは交換されているが、枕本体を見るとかなりのシミがついており、不快だった。 全体的に設備の整備、交換や清掃が行き届いていないように感じた。清潔感が平均レベルにいっていない気がします。 従業員やスタッフの関係や仕組みが影響しているのであれば、国際的な標準レベルに到達できるように改善が早急に必要です。 朝食については満足しております。これだけが救いです。 アクセスはチェンナイ市内中心部や空港からは離れているため、Uber等を利用しての行き来が必要となります。メトロが工事中です。メトロが開通することで、アクセスはかなり改善されると考えます。

Great Experience during my stay at Four Seasons by Sheraton! I needed to check out late as I had to fly out late in the evening. Sweet Lady from Reception sorted out the situation and Then, Samir was amazing from restaurant was very attentive and kind! KUDOS to him

It was a pleasant stay, food and facilities were really good, Hose keeping was quick to respond for any needs especially rahul from house keeping department. They really take care of their guests really well………….,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,………..

Hotel is wonderful, rooms are pretty bathrooms are lil less may lil disappoint you but over all Great experience. Staff are very polite and good. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Nearby to highway and many outlets outside so you can go and have a walk there.

Rahul from the Housekeeping team was extremely helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable. The room was impeccably clean, the support was prompt & the food was excellent. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would love to stay here again!

I stayed at this property in OMR area recently, the rooms are immaculate and well maintained, we had a view of the city, the hotel staff is excellent starting from the Gate person who helped unload the bags from the car to the concierge, Anjali from concierge was courteous, helpful & pleasant to interact with. The buffet dinner & breakfast was top notch catering to Indian & Western cuisine at L1 restaurant, the live counters and fresh hot food served was absolutely pleasing, special mention for Devashish and Samir at the buffet as they looked after us well and helped out with all requests and ensured our dining experience was great for both dinner and breakfast respectively. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Chennai for Business or Leisure.

We had wonderful buffet for dinner, the fud was awesome, delicious and the ambiance was amazing as you can see on the pics added and kind gesture by the staffs around, Especially Chef Dinesh Natrajan, Lakshmi, Gopal, Siiveine from the service team. Everyone should try it.

One of finest service quality and top notch staff that I've seen in a long time...and thays saying something. Special thanks to the restaurant staff...good food and great service by all. Good hotel and staff. Definitely recommended for stays without hesitation.
