My booking was done dulex room ***** with breakfast aingle occupancy. But unfortunately the hotel staff denied to provide breakfast to me even after showing the booking confirmation recipient.

Rooms are not maintained neatly. This is my 3rd such bad experience here. You don't get hot water here.

It's located in the main junction, but the maintenance of the hotel was very poor, no bacic hygiene and no basic facilities provided. I am based out of chennai working in different location, came here for official work where my address proof is in chennai but the receptionist refused to provide me the accommodation stating no rooms for local address inspite of pre-booking the rooms.
