No breakfast, no tea coffee, no fan, no tap, such hotels may affect adversely your reputation

For the money the room facilities are bad. We take a package for free breakfast. But the breakfast is average with out a tea! the room is not well maintained there were dust on the chair, table lamp. Stains on chair. For 2 adults they provided a towel. Staff is cooperative and polite. Service is good. For the money it is "2" bad.

Very poor service. Breakfast brought from outside restaurant. You carry your luggage from room to the road yourself.

The place is an excellent abode for business travellers in the heart of the city. I must have stayed in this place atleast 20 times in the last two years and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Large and clean rooms, clean toilets, excellent bed and linen and friendly staff makes it a no nonsense service apartment in Chennai. Highly recommend the suite rooms for family travellers which are lavishly spacious.
