The location is very convenient that you can walk to 2 metro stations and Kuanzhai Alley. The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants and supermakets around the hotel. The staffs so nice and friendly. Just a little thing to improve is wifi is not stable. Anyway. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel locations is on prime and easy to access anyway with just simply calling a didi. Front desk are helpful and attentive. Breakfast can be improved and more elevator 🛗 will be a plus.

Convi location, affordable price for the stay and service is gd. Self laundry is available. Lift size is a little small but the speed is acceptable so the waiting time is not too bad.

Very goodexperience overall,walking distance to kuanzai alleys and metro station. very friendly staff,小文was very kind,she gave my laowai husband a toy panda as gift,that was a good surprise at the end.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we experienced a smooth and efficient check-in process with no delays or issues. What impressed us was the convenience of voice and app-controlled amenities such as lights, air conditioning, and television, making our stay hassle-free. The front desk staff promptly addressed our requests, and the housekeeping team consistently checked if we needed cleaning services. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable and problem-free.

Positives: The rooms are really good looking and clean. The location is great - a lovely area to walk around and explore. The staff are very polite and kind. There is a small gym and a laundry room. Very strong AC. Really large room sizes. Negatives: NOISY!!! Always noisy - day and night. There is construction on the fourth floor. There is music playing in the hall all day and all night which you can hear in the room (especially if you are in a room where the speaker is directly outside the door). There is no sound proofing and you can hear people in the other rooms across the hall and people shouting in the hall. Aiyi didn’t make the bed - just gave new towels and water - I thought this was a little strange? Bar is limited.

和女兒第一次來成都，四天連住這家酒店。酒店前台小姑娘特別熱情，房間乾淨整潔，床被舒適，安靜，體驗感非常好！地理位置很方便，走路離兩個地鐵站都不遠，附近吃的地方也很多。如果叫外賣可愛的小機器人會直接送到房間門口。下次來成都還會住這裏的！

酒店位置離寬窄巷子近，周邊吃飯的地方多，馬路邊上有點吵，房間挺大的，衞生還可以，有免費停車場，工行人員也可以

設施：房間各種設施齊全，而且是全智能 衞生：挺乾淨的 環境：環境挺好的，去地鐵站、景點都方便 服務：前台服務很好，退房後能寄存行李，還送了一衹熊貓掛件

房間挺好，也很乾凈，早上早點也很豐富，價格很合適，尤其都江堰景區的很舒服可以電視投屏，帶着長者和孩子在成都和都江堰都住的他們家，推薦！！！！臨走還贈送了隨手伴禮物🎁謝謝！！

房間內空間大，前台工作人員服務態度很好，知道我是華住會金會員後，主動贈送了兩個早餐😬😬，早餐吃的麪條很好吃，那天早上吃撐了😬😬😬，離開酒店後寄存行李工作人員態度也很好，謝謝那天工作人員的服務，感恩☺️
