First of all, I'd like to emphasize that you must contact this property's customer service via WeChat! This property doesn't have a reception desk; you must request an access code to access the rooms, which can only be obtained by contacting them via WeChat. Managing payment via Trip doesn't allow you to access the room access code or the property's customer service channel, which leaves you high and dry despite paying them. In my case, I had to contact Trip's customer service, who were able to connect me with the property while they found me another similar accommodation (Trip's customer service is always excellent). Aside from this mishap, which took me two hours to resolve, I must say it's a good accommodation—safe, spacious, and convenient for travelers visiting Chengdu for a short time. I enjoyed my stay.

Good location, very close to the metro station, but there were some mold near the window, and the ceiling is a bit low. What I liked though is that the air-conditioning works really well, even in the bathroom

This is my second time staying here. This hotel is more like 1 bedroom apartment. Location is just across LRT Hongxingqiao exit C ( 3 min walk).The building entrance is next to McD. You have to take lift to 17th floor and take stairs to level 18. There is no receptionist at this hotel, so better to contact the hotel before your arrival date. After you give deposit 200 RMB, you will get passcode to open the room door . Facilities are complete.There are refrigerator and washing machine with dryer. Because the room has 3 big windows , you can easily hang your clothes after washing. They won't clean or refil amenities during your stay.Put your trash in front of the door, they will take care of it.

I strongly don’t recommend for elderly persons and who are traveling with heavy luggage. My room is 1806 C at 17 floor but you have to climb up with a 15 kgs luggage into 3 level stairs up , dark and steep (yes , there is a automatic light on after you have to take a few steps in darkness before the light is on) The location is good , near subway.

Really nice place and perfect location!! Only thing was that we our room was on the upper floor of the 16th floor and we had to carry our luggages up the staits

This is a home stay situation, with no front desk, and the management was responsive in WeChat. We had a suite with a washing machine and refrigerator. The location is great, really close to the metro stop. It could be cleaner, but was basically comfortable.

Pros: Good location, good service Cons: Toilet is worst, there is bad smell, worse than cat ‘s **** Room clean before check in is not good, there is many trash still in room and blanket is dirty Btw they change it after my complaint but still unacceptable

Location couldn't be more convenient, right out of the subway. It felt new and clean. The owners respond to WeChat immediately and are very helpful with any questions. My kids enjoyed watching TV through the projector and I enjoyed having a kitchen and washing machine. I'd love to stay here again.

great location right next to a metro station. easy communication with wechat and two separate rooms with big beds and plenty of room.

First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of March 2024). The location is very convenient, just outside Hongxing Bridge station (especially convenient if you want to go early in the morning to the Panda Base), with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, with all the necessary amenities (including a fridge, a microwave, and even a washing machine). There's also a place to store luggage for free. Do note that there is no reception, and that you need to communicate with the staff via WeChat to check in (they should contact you on the day when you're supposed to check in). Also note that it's a bit difficult to find (there's no sign at the entrance), but just follow the instructions they send you and you should be fine. Finally, although there is an elevator, to get to the room you will need to climb some steep stairs, so that may not be suitable for people with mobility problems. Overall, great value for money.

The place is just like the photos. The view was super nice. The location is the best just when you get out from Hongxingqiao Subway Station exit c look on your left you will notice McDonald's. The area has everything around restaurants and supermarkets all you need you will find there. The customer service are really the best reply right away on any questions, and they are super helpful. Just if you have a lot of luggage, try to get an apartment which you don't need to take stairs because it's narrow. Otherwise, you will be fine and the place is very good value for the money. I don't think I could find a better place. If I come back I will sure book again there. I highly recommend it.

Location good, near the metro station. Wifi fast and room very clean

The location is great. It takes less than 5 minutes from the Hongxing Station exit C. The owner gives very clear instruction how to check in and walk to the room. It is very convenient. The owner’s response is quick when we need help or have inquiries.
