Understanding it is an economy hotel, so didn't expecting any star level room and service. I want rate this hotel with "0" star based on their service and attitude to its customers. And highly recommend that C-Trip/Trip.com to delist or not recommend it to your customers until this hotel makes real improvements. My points as following:
1.) Hotel denied their early morning breakfast promise and the contracted breakfast restaurant didn't honor the hotel's meal coupons: Hotel advertised that they could offer breakfast as early as 4:00am (this schedule is still listed on their hotel introduction section), this is main reason we chose it since we have a very early next morning flight. The front desk lady told us that nobody can offer breakfast before 6:30am even we insist that we saw their breakfast schedule on their hotel introduction sheet. She only gave us the meal coupons and told us to use it at next door restaurant after 6:30am if we are lucky. These meal coupons were denied by the contracted restaurant next day morning when we got there and the owner of restaurant told us that the hotel has not been paying these meal coupons for months already. We ran back to the hotel front desk to verify but could not find anyone on duty there, and the lobby is in the dark. Can you believe what happened in a hotel lobby at 6:40am morning?
2,) Dangerous airport shuttle drop off: The shuttle driver squeezed 10 persons into a 7-seat minivan, 2 persons kneel in the cargo/luggage area and another one simply seat on the pass way floor. What a dangerous ride I have ever imagined. We wanted to express our concerns to the hotel manager, but we can't find anyone (as I mentioned earlier that lobby was in the dark and nobody on duty at front desk). Yes. It is only a short 10 minutes drive to airport, but the hotel/driver still put every person's life in danger!!! And this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
