Kind and attentive service, felt welcomed and taken care of.
Pros:
Good location very close to Kuan Zhai Alley and loads of good food (Ji Xiang Street, Kui Xing Lou Street).
Sound proof windows keep noise out even though it is beside a road.
Free laundry service where they will help you wash, dry and fold clothes.
Cons:
Hotel is not the newest and some furnishings are worn
There is no fitness centre even though the Trip.com site shows there is one.

Stayed for 1 night and I checked in late (past 10pm). Room was modern, clean and one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed in China.
Location is within walking distance from Kuanzhai Alley. Hotel staff recommended a really delicious authentic food nearby too.
Staff was extremely helpful as I wanted to do laundry outside of their laundry hours but she still willingly assisted with my laundry (she had to work overtime for this).
I misplaced my travel adaptor when checking out and the staff promptly notified me. When I went back to retrieve the item and my luggage, the staff saw that I was carrying a bulky item on hand and she took the initiative to came forward with a reusable bag for me to use.
The service from the staff here had been impeccable and so thoughtful. I had a very pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is good. Close to metro station and many eateries nearby. Walking distance to Kuan Zai alley. Beside the hotel has their local 7-11 brand and nice bbq skewers.
Will like to compliment 小梁 for her friendliness and pro active service. The cons side of this hotel is there is only 1 lift.
Recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting chengdu.

We recently stayed at Orange Hotel and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you could need, including laundry service, supper and other services as shown in the attached photo - all free of charge.
Special mention to Miss 樊 for the impeccable service and warmth provided to us during our stay.
Definitely will come back again!
