Monsoon Apartment（Dongda Road）

I like this apartment very much. Electronic door lock. Very beautiful view from the 35th floor. The comfortable location is almost in the centre of city, near the metro station Dongdalu, a lot of cafe and shops is around. There were everything you need like an air conditioner, a fridge, a hair dryer, a teapot with 2 glasses in the apartment. It will be very cool if there was a microwave oven, there was a stove and no any dish, but you can ask for it. In my opinion the cleanliness was a weak spot, there was some amount of dust and the sofa definetely got to change, but actually it didn't bother me too much. The service was excellent, I sent all my requests in WeChat and the administrator was very helpful. In general I think, it is amazing place to stay, I hope I will come back here soon!

This is nothing liek the picture. The duplex is empty. There were 2 cups. 2 bottles of water. That is all. No toilet paper. The apartment was not cleaned, there was no chair for the desk. I asked everyday for 5 days for them to clean the ***** out of the bathroom and hairs off the floor and clean the stains and drips running down the glass bannister of the stairs. They finally brought 2 small plates, 2 small plastic platws,1 bowl, 1 knife and cutting baord, and one old 6 month old used pan. They do not have a door hanger to tell you are busy or want service and the maid walked into my room and into the bathroom where I was drying my hair. I could not get in for 1 hour when i arrived because you have to pay 60yuan to the qr code to get a password that lets you open the door. I almost slept on the floor the first night. They should change the pictures because these apartments are empty, no toilet paper even. I told them 1 month and like 3 days before arriving that I would come there after my flight. They did not prepared this place for me, terrible service. Keep your old nasty pan. Spend a few yuan to give your guests the best servie

衞生需要加強，地上都是頭髮，廁所地上都是黃黃的污垢。辦理入住很麻煩，需要微信登入小程序才辦理入住，還要微信付抵按金，對外國人來説是比較麻煩，因為沒有中國號碼不能再微信付款。櫃枱服務很有耐心，酒店樓下很多好吃的，不管什麼時間都有東西吃，很方便，又靠近地鐵站。

房間很乾凈 整體來説很不錯好可以 值得入住 是一次不錯的入住體驗 很棒 值得推薦 設施：都很好 衞生：很乾凈 環境：很不錯 服務：服務態度也很好
