It’s a bit old and far from metro station but still rated it 5/5 for the superb service

Only 1 night. Need more time to enjoy everything Bed - extremely soft but comfortable Restaurant - stuff is super nice and pro Swimming pool - nice before 9am, after - be careful kids are coming 😅 Reception - sometimes not English friendly

Great environment, clean with great service in a posh neighbour. No regrets.

My stay at Waldorf Astoria was outstanding! The buffet spread was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. The room size was also incredibly impressive, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind in comfort. Plus, the hotel's convenient location right beside the mall made it easy to explore and shop. With fantastic service, spacious rooms, and a great dining experience, my stay was truly memorable.

This was a wonderful stay, so much so that I only planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying for 4 nights, thanks to Yumi's warm service. I have to say that Waldorf Astoria is the best choice to visit Chengdu.

Stayed here for five nights and had a wonderful experience thanks to Miya who arranged a surprise for us. She was really helpful and kind in assisting us during our stay here. Would definitely come back again.

It's so grand and lovely, the room is huge. Will hope to stay again soon!

the hotel has a grand entrance and the view is awesome. We are able to have a direct view of the twin towers. Staff are friendly and always ready to help. In additional, the toiletries provised are of good quality and the room is cozy.

Location is considered far away from the usual tourist spots that are located in the old town area. If one is not intended to travel to old town area (like us), then location is ok as it's just located next to a shopping mall with restaurants and spa shop. Service is fantastic especially we stayed at 6 different hotels during our 10 days trip. The contrast is obvious. If you are lucky like us, you will get to the LED show on the local twin tower which is an added entertainment bit. Breakfast spread is ok, taste wise average and service seems slow a bit. I got to admit I regreted to pay for breakfast of an additional guest.

Probably the best hotel in Chengdu, very sophisticated hotel, it's on a different from the others. Amazing room and bath tub. French restaurant in the hotel is the highest in Chengdu with a great view.
