Great hotel, a little confusing to find when finding it underground from the train station rather than above ground from the street, but it is signed and there are plenty of staff around to ask. Convenience store in the lobby. We got a free upgrade too.

overall was ok. staff was helpful, assisted us to order from mei tuan delivery because we do not have local phone number. location is extremely good of you are looking for chengdu east train station accom, it’s directly connected underground. have a mini mart which you can get basic stuffs. bed and toilet were ok. although overall it may feel a little dated.

We love the convenience and comfort of this hotel. Only complaint is that we requested a quiet room on our third stay at the hotel and they put us directly behind the elevators. It sounded like an airplane throughout the evening. Obviously we did not sleep well. The gym and pool are amazing, and the service is pretty good. Please avoid guest rooms behind the elevators 🫤😴

Great service, clean modern hotel in great location next to Chengdu North Railway Station. Short walk and convenient for travellers needing HSR access. Will definitely used again when in Chengdu

Choose thus hotel for its location to Chengdu east Station. Location is ideal and there is an underground passage to the train station which makes it convenient esp during rainy days.

The hotel is just next to the east railway station. Very convenient for next day 7+ to take the high speed train. We arrived at night n followed previous review that there is underpass from train station n took us quite a while to locate the hotel. But if from street, it is just walk across the road.
The hotel is spacious and clean. Area for improvement is the pillow.
