Great location just across the road from the train station. Staff are very proactive and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Amenities might be a little old but functional.

I stayed here for just one night before heading to Jiuzhaigou the next morning. While the location is very convenient—right next to the train station with an underground passage connecting to it—the overall experience wasn’t very welcoming. The passage only has escalators, which don’t operate early in the morning, making it inconvenient if you need to catch an early train, especially with luggage and children. The hotel appeared clean, but the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The corridors and the room had a strong smoke odor, which I found unpleasant, especially since I was traveling with a child. The carpeted floors seemed to trap the smell, making it worse. For one night, I paid 94.90 SGD. However, the service was lacking—there was no assistance with luggage despite my traveling with a young child, and communication was difficult as the staff did not speak English. Overall, I felt more like I was simply renting a room than staying at a hotel offering real service or hospitality.

Very convenient if you are planning to take a train ride to Jiuzhaigou the next day, plus it has a great view of the train station. Quite busy since it is next to the Railway Station but it is worth it, also close to the metro too and multiple options of food within the area.
