It is a pleasant place with helpful staff and a nice design. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed as a couple for 1 night in December. Hospitality at Heritage Hotel really made all the difference. Mr. Frontdesk was very cheerful and helpful. The hotel has no elevators, he and the other ladies would all help to carry our luggages up 1-2 floors. They were very helpful with storing our Taobao packages before we check-in as well. The hotel looked as aesthetic as it does online. Only regret is not staying longer!

Super wonderful experience. The room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast includes many choices and good coffee. Although breakfast starts late at 8am, the front desk will organise a take away breakfast if you need it earlier.

We booked the room with the hot spring tub and it was spacious and comfortable! Hotel staff were extremely helpful - from handling our luggages (two huge ones), providing food recommendations and early check out request due to our day trip out of Chengdu! They also provided snacks for us to bring for our day trip to the mountains. We felt really welcome from day 1 of our stay till the end. Saw some reviews about room cleanliness and noises from outside due to thin walls, I mean…it’s an old courtyard converted into a hotel, so do expect some aspect of heritage left behind as part of the vibe! It’s a great escape from the bustling city, forces you to be quiet and zen. Come experience it yourself.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful, historic charm with lovely architecture and cozy rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect if you prefer an escape and quiet staycation. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Had an excellent stay at the Heritage Hotel. The ambiance is exceptional, instantly transporting you away from the outside world the moment you step inside. The room was spotless, with fresh air and a comfortable, serene atmosphere. The bedding was extremely comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep with no disturbances. A special mention to the onsite travel photographer, who did an amazing job capturing beautiful travel photos of our group (4 people). We all loved both the photos and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful unique living environment.. Helpful and friendly staffs Amazing tea house on site with amazing afternoon tea and breakfast Kids loved the room with a slide built in which allows them to slide from their upstairs bedroom down to the living room Situated right in the city for added convenience Will definitely come back next time!

Just awesome. The hotel is beautifully designed but we booked the hotel and were not informed that the normal breakfast room is closed due to construction, which was annoying (therefore the reduction of the rating). Service is awesome!

Highly recommended location to stay in chengdu in a heritage hotel. Loads of food nearby and walking distance to nearby tourist attraction as well as train station too! Breakfast was great with wide variety and tasty as well.

No need to look at any other hotels. This place is exceptional, perfect location, amazingly clean and the staff are so helpful. The room is awesome, comfy bed, great amenities, and a big fridge! Easy and close access to metro. All in all, just a great hotel and highly recommend you stay here.

One of the most impressive heritage  design hotel I’ve ever seen and stayed in. Love the hospitality, and also the complimentary tea set at the tea house. Kudos to the staff at the tea house too!

Beautiful traditional hotel. Our room had a bad smell and they solved it by changing it to a bigger one. The only problem is that the rooms have no sound isolation where you can easily hear the neighbouring room conversations.

Absolutely fantastic experience. It's a beautiful hotel, the staff are perfect, with exceeding hospitality. First we lost a bag at the airport and they figured out how to return, then helped us get to the next hotel (out of town), the food was excellent etc etc... also the location is great. And my wife loved the photoshoot provided by the hotel. Would definitely recommend!
