Our trip to Chengdu is amazing, thanks to Dorsett Chengdu for providing us a comfortable place to rest while we explore this city. The location of this hotel is fantastic, steps away from the metro station making it easy to get to anywhere in Chengdu via metro. We loved the robot delivery feature and the snacks in the lobby!

Loved our room. Big enough for a family of 4. It was cleaned everyday. Housekeeping and front desk were so prompt and staffs were really helpful. The only issue we had was the AC was a bit too warm but we couldn’t adjust it and the only way the hotel suggested was to turn it off. We complained again next day and they gave us a portable AC/fan.

I and my daughter stayed 1 night in this hotel. The location is very good and very near to subway station, very convenient. The hotel is nice. The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, overall very pleasant stay. We will come back again.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring Chengdu’s top attractions, including Kuanzhai Alley and Tianfu Square. The nearby metro station was a huge plus for getting around the city with ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge team was always available to offer recommendations and assistance. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel welcome. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed, a large desk for working, and a well-equipped bathroom with high-quality toiletries. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, such as complimentary bottled water, slippers, and a selection of teas. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the city skyline, which was a highlight of our stay. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to cater to both Western and Chinese tastes. From freshly made dim sum and noodles to classic pastries and fresh fruits, everything was delicious and of high quality. The dining area was spacious, and the service staff were attentive and efficient. Dorsett Chengdu also offers fantastic facilities, including a well-maintained gym and a relaxing lounge area. Although I didn’t have time to visit the spa, it looked inviting, and I’d love to try it on my next visit. Another standout feature was the complimentary smartphone provided in the room, which came with internet access and was incredibly helpful for navigating the city. Overall, Dorsett Chengdu exceeded my expectations in every way. It offers exceptional value for money, combining luxurious comfort with top-notch service and an unbeatable location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Very good location just next to Luomashi metro station. If you take metro from tianfu airport, then you take line 18 then change to line 1 in south railway station.

The location is literally next to a train station, a fancy hotel with a nice design. There are restaurants and convenience stores next to the hotel. The bed and pillow are too soft. The view from the hotel room is pretty nice as well.

Room seems quite dated. Amenities are not what you will expect from a 5 star. Location is good. Very close to metro station

First of all, the location is great as it is literally next to a metro station exit, with less than 1 minute walk after you exit from the station. The hotel itself maybe a bit dated but the room is huge and for the price itself, it's a steal. The gym equipments looks new and probably renewed not long ago. Breakfast buffet is 50 RMB per pax and can be purchased on the spot, so you can book the room without breakfast if you want some more flexibility in terms of having breakfast in the hotel or outside.
