Excellent Location & Outstanding Service – A Truly Memorable Stay! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to its perfect location and exceptional service. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. There’s various street food right downstairs, and within walking distance, we found a large shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including delicious hotpot and other local cuisines. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every time we called the front desk for assistance, they responded immediately and resolved any issues with a smile. A special shout-out to **Alina**, who went above and beyond to help us on our last day. We were struggling with multiple heavy suitcases, and she kindly escorted us all the way to the entrance, made sure we got a suitable taxi, and didn’t leave until we were safely on our way. Her warmth and professionalism were truly touching. We’re so grateful to the entire staff for making our Chengdu trip so comfortable and memorable. The hospitality here made us feel right at home. Highly recommended– we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The views from hotel is great. Our room was on high floor and it was interesting to look outside. Breakfast is very good. Swimming in swimming pool is allowed only with swimming cap.

I absolutely loved this hotel on the highest building in Chengdu. Views were great. The hotel room was so spacious, service was impeccable. Thank you for the pandas in the room. It was a cute touch.

Good value and luxury, all news and people in hotel help me Bell Door Guy for introducing the play to eat. So touchable, i will come back in next time for stayed at this hotel. Just walking a bit to find out the local fine cuisine Hotpot spicy food.

A very conveniently located hotel in Chengdu city center near Tai Koo Li shopping district.  The service is friendly, efficient and welcoming. English is spoken at the check in desk and foreign guests shouldn’t have any issues with staying here hassle-free.  The breakfast is fairly varied, possibly geared more towards the locals, but there is plenty for international palates.  Bedroom was spacious, comfy and quiet. Some of the hard furnishings might seem slightly worn, perfectly normal for the age of the hotel. My only gripe was the non-functioning holder for the bathroom shower head which wouldn’t hold the shower head in place as it was broken. However, the overhead shower curtain worked perfectly and was a substitute for the actual shower itself.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices that we really enjoyed. However, our experience with the room temperature was less than ideal. The bedroom was too hot, and despite trying to lower the temperature, the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We called the front desk, and although they were responsive, the solution provided was not what we expected. A housekeeping staff member brought us a standing fan and suggested we turn off the air conditioning, turn on the fan, and open the window instead. It wasn’t the most comfortable solution. Overall, the service was polite, but the temperature issue affected our stay.

2nd time in Chungdu, definitely I choosed this hotel again. Hotel clean. Breakfast is good. Staff can speak English and very helpful. I stayed during New Year, they gave some souvenirs. It's so cute. High recommended.

We had a wonderful experience at the Minyoun Hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. For the duration of our stay, we enjoyed the breakfast because there were different options each day. More importantly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable as well. The location of the hotel is near the river where there is a plethora of local food street vendors and restaurants as well as karaoke bars. I recommend any traveler to stay at the Minyoun while visiting Chengdu!!

Dont waste your money on this hotel. The price value ratio is very bad. Also need to pay deposit. So unnecessary transaction for your card + handling fee's.

We were there in Chengdu and faced some sudden changes in our itinerary when arriving,the staffs was extremely helpful and friendly in assisting us for all the problems and queries. I had my mother and brother birthdays on the day we checked in, the staff did a lot of surprises with decorations and cards, really appreciate the help from the morning sets of service crew. I may not get their names but i remember the gentleman with spectacles, along with two ladies with great smiles. 100% would recommend our friends or families to choose this hotel whenever they visit chengdu!!!

the whole stay was very pleasant and the service is top-notch. right outside the hotel lobby is a whole street of good food, and the train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot. I left a parcel at the hotel, and they helped me courier it all the way to another city where i was at. customer service was really excellent and the staff was super friendly.

The room was on the 38th floor, incredible view, big and clean room, near food street! Really good
