Hotel room was clean and nice, quite spacious as there was a little corner for a tea table and chairs. Like its name, hotel is hidden in a quiet area but the neighbourhood can get quite busy in day. There were parrots (i think?) that the hotel kept as pets in the lobby and they really livened the atmosphere. Hotel staff were really nice as well, helped us to collect taobao order and sort out when there were issues with delivery. Also managed to do taobao refund with them - just let them know, write the order number and pass it over to them to handle. Can also order food delivery and they’ll send it up with a robot as long as you input your room number when ordering. There were some free tea and snacks at the hotel lobby, along with hair ties and makeup remover. Only complaint is that the toilet smell is a bit funny sometimes, you can smell the “sewage” but it’s not that bad and nothing perfume or room spray can’t fix.

Good location with walking distance to the metro. Not many food options around the vicinity, Chunxi Road is just 1 train station stop away. Room facing the road can be alittle noisy due to cars, might not be suitable for light sleepers.

Room is big and clean. There is laundry area for washingZ Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is near to metro.

Very near subway station within walking distance and can find luckin coffee, grocery store and lots of nearby restaurant. The room is very big with ample of amnetities. Forgot to take photo of the room as too tired when arrive at the hotel. They clean up the room daily and saw the housekeeper even mop the floor when cleaning the room. The receiptionist is very helpful, attentive and nice. Recommend to stay this hotel if looking for hotel in this area. And I love the hotel within walking distance to the park along the river. Those who stay here should take a stroll all along the river.

The hotel is right next to the metro, which was excellent for our trip. We loved the accomodations, the tatami room was very comfortable and had some freebies inside such as tea, soft drinks and shower amenities. Breakfast had variety on the days that we stayed and had western options. The service was also great and Xiaomeng did everything possible to make our stay better. Overall would recommend! PS: I would only suggest that management looks into the well being of the lovebirds that stay next to the lobby. They are very cute, but could use bigger cages and be put in a dark environment for the night since they need it for resting. :)

Hotel location is very convenient for transportation and food. Hotel staff are very friendly and courteous at front desk, aunties at Level 2 restaurant and aunties who cleaned our room. They are helpful as we have elderly parents travelling with us. I like the environment and the personalised service as this is like a boutique hotel. Thanks for the lovely birthday cake, compliment from hotel

The hotel was located in a quiet surrounding. Similar to its name, it was a little difficult to located initially. There was a very nice scent in the hotel lobby, which made it easier to locate subsequently. The staffs were very helpful and attentive to the needs of each guests.
