Friendly staff and good location

Not very centrally located but with Didi everything is reachable. Very clean hotel, large for 3 persons. Breakfast is great!! Great view.

Best hotel breakfast in our Sichuan trip! There is Chinese-style and Western-style breakfast, sausages, bread, cereal, and milk. The best part is they have coffee machines. So we can finally have espresso in the morning. The room was clean and nicely equipped. Reception was also really helpful. Even if she didn't speak English, she tried to communicate with us by using a translation app. Tammy is also really nice. She helped us book an airport drop-off. The hotel location is also super. Within walking distance from Tianfu Square, where you can find many food options at the underground mall, Chunxi walking street, and People Park.

Hotel was easy to locate, staff were very helpful. Beds were quite comfortable and there is a self help laundry area on the 11th floor which was very convenient. Barton Xie 谢兵 was very helpful during both check in and out process

It was hard to find the hotel entrance even with map app. When I ask for directions with nearby retail store, even the locals didn't know where the hotel is. Had two walk back and forth around the proximity to find the entrance. Service was friendly and attentive. Room was good comfortable size and clean. Wifi was working but a few spots in the room have weak signal. Location was good to nearby shopping centers and restaurants, however 15mins walk to commercial center of 春熙citywalk.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning lady was especially nice and helpful. The breakfast has many variety of dishes and delicious! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel and lovely service. Would recommend. The location is great and staff are very responsive.

Requested non-smoking in advance bec of allergy and sensitive nose, however when check-in, the room and the level we stayed was definitely not a non-smoking. The smell of cigrattess is so strong that even the add-on air filter that the receptionist suggested, can't help. The room is dim bec the downlight are spoiled. Feel so helpless and cheated during the 5-day stay. The hotel should hv informed us earlier rather than giving excuses that is out of their control if other guests on the same level are smoking.

Good location, helpful front desk. Although services were nice, the hotel does not look to me as a upper tier 5* hotel.
