I had a perfect experience at this hotel. There is a FamilyMart in front of the main entrance, and the room was clean and tidy. The staff and cleaners provided intimate services that were satisfactory as well.

Location was strategic with eateries surrounding.
Room was nicely equipped and spacious.
Gym was fully equipped as well.
Did not try their bf as there were too much eateries nearby.
No cigarettes smoke in the room. Great plus point and as I booked 2 rooms. We were given both rooms facing each other. Great arrangement by the apartment staff.

Room is spacious, friendly with kid (the bear is addorable, they also give free small panda for kid & welcome fruit).
The location is okie, but a bit far from metro. Night view is nothing special.
There is a FamilyMart at ground floor, very convienient.

Good location and friendly staff. Easy access to transport and eating places. Hotel also provides free luggage storage when we went for short trip outside chengdu for a couple of days.

It was a pleasant stay here with a very convenient location that is easy to get around. The rooms were comfortable and clean and I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Chengdu. Special shoutout to 小谢 and 小唐 at the front desk for their excellent service!

Amazing location, you have access to a lot of food, shopping center and activities by walking. Rooms are clean and the staff are here to help you all the time (specifically Wang and Xu!), very good price quality ratio! Highly recommended!

Staffs were all very helpful and accomodating to allow us to check in early with our child. They gave my husband a hand-written card and a little gift and also a little panda stuffed toy for my son. Location is good with good river view at night and lots of food to eat all around.

As a foreigner, if you search for an hotel in Chengdu, this is the BEST one. Forgot my medicines in Beijing, the Xijinge staff reassured me and took care of receiving the package until I arrived. Then, the room was amazing. Big and spacious, cleaned every day. The hotel is also well located, you have a Family mart just next to the hotel. The staff helped me a lot, you’ll just have to use Google translate and they would do anything to help you!!!!! 非常感谢！
