Hotel is located at a very convenient area filled with good restaurants and shopping. The metro station is about 600m away. The room is very clean and staff are all very friendly. Room is also very spacious and bright. Since it is located next to Taikoo Li luxury shopping area, it is a shoppers paradise.

Recently stayed in Chengdu Taikoo Liado S Hotel and had a great experience! Location is absolutely fantastic, in the bustling Taikoo Li near, go shopping, punch a card food super convenient, want to go to Chunxi Road stroll is also very close. Into the hotel, the decoration style is the kind of simple and stylish, full of artistic atmosphere, let people relax. The reception staff is warm and professional, quick to check in, and considerate to introduce interesting places and special snacks around.

Excellent hotel just next to Temple House and all the stores. Clean rooms, a robot that delivers your orders to the door and a nice gym! Breakfast is pretty good, Le Labo products are provided in the shower & there is a Japanese toilet in the rooms

Very good customer service. Special shout out to Xiao Bi and Jing Ye for always being helpful and kind during our short stay We do hope the hotel takes this credit into consideration. Excellent location for those who loves shopping.

The location is very nice, but the room is very small. They told us wrong info regarding joining members and the breakfast is not worth to add on..

The room is fully equipped, with a separate shower and toilet for dry - wet separation. There is also a mini - fridge in the room with no chargeable items. The bedding and utensils all meet safety standards, ensuring your peace of mind. In the future, we will pay more attention to the communication of membership information. Our breakfast combines Chinese and Western styles and includes local specialties of Chengdu, with over 60 varieties in total. However, since we still didn't meet your expectations, it indicates that there's still much room for improvement. Thank you for sharing your experience. We look forward to showing you a different side of our hotel in the future.

Great location but can be a bit noisy at night as there are many shops and restaurants right below but perfect walking distance to Taikooli and IFS!

Great stay. Great location in the center of everything. Room was clean and modern. We ended up taking Didi since it was a bit of a walk to the metro (7-10 min) with toddlers and the grandparents. My parents had the standard room, view was not great so mostly closed the curtains. They gave us a complimentary upgraded view so we could all be on the same floor and it was very nice. They had a robot for food deliveries which the kids loved.

The hotel is at a great location! In the middle of the Tai koo li area, with easy access to shops, food and the metro line. The staff is very kind, and even if they don’g speak English, they try to help you through to the translate app. The rooms is big enough and the view is nice. Even if the hotel is a smoke-free hotel, everyone smokes, so annoying! They should act more strict to smokers. It’s really disgusting to smell sigarettes as a non-smoker. We thought there was a swimmingpool in the hotel, because they advertied with it. But the swimmingpool is not in the hotel, that was strange. The last thing; The hotelrooms need an update. The floor and furniture is outdated, which doesn’t look luxurious. For the price we paid i would except a more decent room
