We had a great stay at Rhombus Park Aura during our first visit to Chengdu. The location was perfect—walking distance to IFS, TAIKOO Li, and Chunxi Road, which made getting around really easy. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed—exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. It definitely added to the comfort of our trip. Jasmine was our main point of contact and she was really helpful throughout the stay. She responded quickly, helped us when things didn’t go as planned, and even assisted in booking restaurants and activities, which made things a lot smoother. Overall, staying at Rhombus gave us a solid first impression of Chengdu and set a really nice tone for the rest of our trip. Would recommend it to others looking for somewhere convenient and comfortable.

Great location, great service. Special appreciation to the front desk for getting all the bookings ( I had multiple fragmented ones) coordinated upon arrival.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room was big and comfortable. The room is a little dusty but overall a great hotel for the price paid!

Everything abt this hotel is amazing! Ideal location, near to major attractions and nice food nearby and til very late. The room is spacious, big, luxurious and very clean. Service is top notched too, everyone is helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back again !

I can advice this hotel. Clean, nice and comphortable. Wish they can improve the breakfast for foreigners.

The location is quite convenient. It’s very close to Taikoo Li and IFS, where you can find a variety of luxury brands. The room is spacious, but the light switches are old and difficult to locate.

It’s great value for money. Location is very convenient, room size is decent, breakfast tastes good.

Perfect location which is within walking distance of Taikoo Li. The accessibility makes it really value worthy for the price.  Further value adding - there is a private sauna inside the room! Wasn’t expecting this at all tbh.  The only issue I had was that the tissue was damped (probably the previous guest did that by accident) and the staff didn’t replace the tissue.

Room was very capacious and clean. Location is very good, close to shopping area. Staff can communicate in English.I will stay here again.

Great location.  Within walking distance of Taikoo Li shopping mall and the Jinjiang River walk.  Although the hotel is in a major tourist area of Chengdu, the immediate area right around the hotel did not feel overrun by tourists.  Plenty of delicious food options close by. We received six bottles of free water per day, which was great since the weather was hot.  Just be sure to only take the free bottles and avoid the expensive water bottles in the mini-bar area.  We were upgraded for free to a high floor. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.  My only issue with the bathroom is that the counter space for the bathroom sinks is quite small, so we had to stash our toiletries on the vanity counter in the closet area. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location is very good, near taiguli and IFS, about 10min walk to chunxi shopping area. Rooms are big and spacious, but the aircon didnt work well and the room was a little warm and stuffy. We set the AC temp to 20C, then to 18C, but the room temp just stayed at 26-27C all day. Sleeping under the thick duvet was impossible, so slept blanket-less. Mentioned it to the front desk who sent someone to fix it, but we didnt feel any different. Breakfast was a poor and made poorer by the apparent good reviews. The reviews are not to be believed. It's much better to eat out or ******* it in.
