I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but honestly the cleanliness is little to be desired for… I changed the first room as there was dirty stuff on the floor and the room also had a terrible smell. The second room was not that much better - there was a big hair on the tea cup, which was still there even after the cleaners came in the next day (meaning, they obviously don’t clean everything…). There was also a dirty cleaning rag just left on the bathroom vanity by the cleaners which was very strange. The walls are also paper thin - so you can hear your neighbours very clearly. Positives were that the staff at the front desk were generally nice and helpful. The staff in the kitchen were also generally nice. I’m sorry to not leave the best review, but just being honest, and I hope that they can improve on the above mentioned aspects.

Location location locations. The best capsule hotel I ever stay in

Not too bad location. About 15 mins walk to kuan zai street. Quite a bit of walking distance to mrt. 50+ km to tianfu airport. Taking didi to airport from hotel will get u some drivers requesting more than the amount indicated, eg rmb 200 for trip to airport. However, hotel room size is good. Toilet is good. I love the hotel. Breakfast is also quite good. Never tried the free afternoon food, but I believe it is good too because the hotel experience is good.service is also on point. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I will very likely stay here again the next time I'm here in chengdu

Spacious room and clean . Reasonable price with single meal provided per day.

The hotsprings were very nice and the room was just as in the pictures. However, the smell of tobacco in the hallways was a bit too strong, the robot butler was out of service, and we didn't try the buffet breakfast. My partner speaks Chinese so I didn't get to experience how do they handle English. It was a good stay.

Overall a very nice hotel. Reception staff is friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast is also very good , much options to choose from. We only had the afternoon noodles one time but it was yummy. The Japanese hot spring-like experience is located at the very top, not much to say, it's a hot bath but it felt nice after a long day of walking. Location is not super good but a nice walking distance for transportation. Room was just as described on trip. Only downside was the shower , the wall started coming off when used the other shower head, did not get a heads up so it kind of fell on me. Other than this everything was nice!!

Booked two nights first, then extended for another two nights! Loved it! Chengdu is great!

Room cleanliness can be more focus as I saw some stain on the coffee table and under the bed is dusty Other than that evrlerything here is super great, great location too if you ask me as nearby 5min walk is one of the famous street for dinner ( kuixinglou street) and a 15min walk to wide and narrow alley

Service was great, people were very warm and friendly. But the room we stayed in had somewhat of a not working well toilet (it kept giving me minor electric shocks when using it) the flush button occasionally doesn’t work and the water pressure in the shower is not that great (quite painful at some places) the food was amazing though, they were very willing to make adjustments to the food if you’re unsatisfied with it. Overall 3/5 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️

Great stay woth chengdu blue city hotel! Breakfast was more authentic than the International hotel we had stayed be4 in China. Staff were very friendly n helpful! Make our holidays memorable!!!

Room cleanliness and design were good. Quite environment. Location is walkable distance to nearby subway but not really suitable for elderly. Receptionist is not very friendly enough. Somehow I felt not so welcome as a guest. Hot spring amenities is not very clean and very dark inside. Only one pond is working and the rest have been shut down. A bit scary to go alone.
