This hotel is just next to the metro Line 5, so it is very convenient to travel around the city, we even travel from the East Train station back to hotel via metro line after our Jiu Zhai Gou Trip. Initially we booked 3 nights, later we booked another 3 nights as we were very satisfied with the location and services provided. There are many restaurants and convenient shops around. The hotel also provide washing machine and dryers. There is gym facilities. Per each stay we can claim a free afternoon tea or a dinner set. The staff are so kind that they gave us free breakfast. On last day, I am having stomach upset and my flight is late night ,they are so kind to extend the hours of stay free upon our request. The hotel staff give good recommendation on where to dine in. We went to 陶德沙煲 twice as the food is yummy and reasonable price. There are few restaurants under the local residential areas, quite crowded but we didn't have time to tried. Upon arrival in midnight,I took airport bus Line 1 to IFS Chunxi Road, there are many taxis waiting for customers there, it is convenient to get taxi ride to this hotel. There is kitchen area and balcony to hang clothes. The bed is comfy.

Love the location really enjoy talking to the travel agents that’s located at the premise. Love the idea that you get free laundry machine, self, service on the 18th floor. lots of stores and food around the place. 

I liked the location. It was very close the the metro and you could easily get everywhere with it. The room was really beautiful, and clean. The breakfast could be a little better for westerner tourist but as I could see, we are very few there.

just right at the doorstep of huapaifang metro. rooms are huge though its non-carpeted so might have a lil sound from dragging chairs. good strong shower presure and absolutely love the friendly cleaning aunty that comes daily to clean. free laundry use which is a plus too! design is abit outdated but it was a comfy stay. only issue is the door cannot be closed softly and corridor noises are audible.

5 of us went stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We were lucky to have found this place where there are so many room choices. However, we wanted 2 rooms to be on the same floor but there was no infor as such while booking. It will be helpful if Hotel can give choices like this to customers. Also, it is important to mention the number of toilets in each room. All the details are important while booking. 3 of us shared a room with 2 double beds. It will be great if they can provide 4 single beds instead. There is no mirror in the room so a little inconvenient as there is only 1 in the toilet. If you come from overseas like us, remember to bring multipurpose plugs. it will be better If hotel can change to usb power socket. The room we booked was a Family suite for at least 3 adults. But they only proved slippers and towels for 2. The location is great. Outside hotel there are many restaurants and stalls. We bought fruits every night. Receptionists are all very helpful. They recommend us to a few places. They also help us to collect parcels ! Really great service.

Good location , Very close to metro, room is specious but Cleanness needs to be improved. Carpets look dirty and the window sill is dusty .

The hotel is conveniently located for foreigners, with numerous shops and stalls nearby. Metro station just a few minutes away and equipped with escalators, making it ideal for travelers with luggage. Additionally, the complimentary room upgrades are a great bonus.

We had a nice stay there for 5 nights. The hotel is located just beside subway line #5, very convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast was also very good. Our room is nice and quiet. We will book it again when we visit the city next time.

The hotel was very good and the room was big. Everything was 5 star hotel standard. The service was very good. Bed was so comfortable. The hotel also in prime location call a taxi anywhere around 10RMB.

super convenient location with few steps to the Metro. The place itself is also a popular place for snacks at night. Minimart is nearby, cross the streets where we can buy some local snacks to bring home at last minute. The room is so spacious for 2 with 2 connecting rooms, kitchen gas stove big fridge but no cooking ammenties. Breakfast is basic with porridge, fried rice, stir fried rice noodle , vegetables, sandwitch, eggs, salad, wonton noodle

I arrived at the hotel around 2:30 a.m. on August 24th, intending to stay until the morning of August 26th, so I booked for two nights. Upon arrival at the reception, I was informed that I needed to pay for an additional day. When I explained my situation, they told me that to use the two-day booking, I should have checked in after 6:00 a.m. Otherwise, I would have to pay for an extra day at a much higher rate than I booked online. Unfortunately, there was no option but to pay and stay. Although I was unaware of this policy and encountered a minor issue, the overall experience was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, with an attached kitchen, and the hotel is in a good location with excellent services. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Chengdu.

Great location with Metro stn nearby. However Smokers smoke everywhere including the lift and lobby.

Is perfect experience. The room is clean and big, the location is good. Service also good. Gave two free coffee.
