I booked a 3 night trip at the hotel. On the first day I came early to deposit my luggage and I checked in at 18 O'Clock (6 pm.). After I checked in I found that
1.All wall charger plug in bedroom did not work .At first no refrigerator in the room,after I complained , the owner bring it to my room and he also fixed wall charger plug .
2. Dust was cover all things in room include on pillows (as picture) ,the owner take dirty pillows and replace them at once after my complained.
3. Air conditioner and hair dryer seem do not have any maintenance cleaning.(As picture) The hair dryer also contained hair.
4. There was urine stained on toilet sheet cover(As picture) I had to clean it myself.
For my opinion, the hotel is very close to subway , the owner and a man at front desk response very quickly and very helpful. But cleanliness and sanitation is important.I think they luck of room maintenance.
