All the staff at the front desk were nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean. There is a laundry facility in the basement. I loved the fragrance in the main hall. The only downsides were the lack of a bidet in the toilet and the absence of a hanger in the shower room, which made things less convenient. Additionally, the shower and toilet are in separate rooms, which made it more inconvenient since there is no bidet in the toilet room.

I and my daughter stayed 2 nights. The hotel is new and just opened in 2024. The hotel room very clean, smart room design, bed very comfortable, overall excellent stay.The hotel in good location and walking distance close to subway station. Nearby got food stalls/shops. We will come back again.

A bit far from all the tourist attractions and also not much restaurant around. But staff was nice ! Room was clean except they don’t clean the used cup? ?

Room is very comfortable and spacious for a solo traveller. The fixtures in the room are well maintained and I like that the hotel is a standalone building. There are some hotels that shares the building so they occupy certain floors, those tend to have less conducive environments and lifts are slower. This hotel is very good and staff are really friendly.

This hotel offers a comfortable stay with its clean and new facilities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. The location wasn't ideal for walkability. However, taxis were readily available, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a good option if you don't mind short taxi rides.

This hotel has a great atmosphere when entering the lobby and corridors, which is a unique aroma that calms and relaxes your mind. The room is clean and comfortable, air conditioner working well. However, the staffs were not really treating us nicely and they should have improve on this. But overall, for the room and amenities, were good enough for a short stay. I like the self service laundry they have, this is a plus for me.

I love this hotel!! It’s new, nice and clean!! There’s free self laundry which is very helpful in summer. Shower gel and shampoo are nice (no conditioner though). Wifi needs a local number to connect.

The room is clean and new, good location, 2 mrt stops away to Chunxi road station...

We had a wonderful stay at Ji Hotel Chengdu. The hotel was very clean, which made our experience even more comfortable. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and we were very happy with our stay. A great bonus was the laundry service, which added to the convenience. We honestly have nothing to complain about and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a great view of the city. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance Overall, we would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

JI is a chain hotel opened in 2024. The buffet breakfast menu changes daily and is healthy ,mainly Chinese style ( like brunch）with soup or stirred fried noodles, rice, vegetables, fungi( mushrooms, enoki),congee, eggs,fruit…buns. Ground coffee is great too. Hotel is clean, has quality beds and linens, with smart toilets,curtains,etc. However our business room seems small 31sqm for 2 of us. But I must mention the Hotel’s general manager Mr David Xu. He will be in the dining room greeting the guests when breakfast starts at 7 am. He oversees the kitchen operations , replenishes the Bain Marie’s, wipes any spills from the apparatuses and even helps with clearing the tables. He also works consistently with efficiency. I was so impressed with his professionalism and work ethics that I say to him JI Is lucky to have him as a GM. I probably will stay here again if I visit Chengdu.

Excellent location near to metro line 2. The washing machines and dryer are excellent and hotel us new and clean. Highly recommend. Xiao He the staff is very friendly.

Need to improve the sound proof.
