I love this hotel so much! I think the most important one is this place is quiet…i don’t hear any noise from other room or corridor.
Location : good, close to metro line1 and line2 which can go to a lot of tourist spots. Also if you like to explore the surroundings area, you can just walk to chunxi road…and ren ming gong yuan.
Room: all good..simple but provided what is needed.
Hotel breakfast: we got free breakfast. Quite good breakfast here.(but is more to Chinese food ya).
Hotel staff: the lady that help us check in and also the one helping at the breakfasts corner are so kind and good customer service.
With this price, worth it so much!!

Very good, clean! Just one thing - only 1 lift to 7 floors which is alittle inconvenient. Takes very long to come n go.

Stayed here for two nights, and I’d love to say that the stay was amazing! The room came with some snacks and fruits, and it was very clean. There’s also a tea area with amenities where you can relax or get some work done.
The staff were friendly and even upgraded my room to one with a window, which I greatly appreciated. I requested a non-smoking room, and they accommodated my request without any issues. The staff also gave great suggestions on where to buy Sichuan snacks, and all my queries on WeChat were answered promptly.

We are 6 Thai guests, booked for 3 rooms and accompanied parents to enjoy the vacation in Chengdu. We decided to stay at Hello Hotel for last 3 nights (Nov 6-9) after we finished the trip in Siguniang Scenery, Bipenggou and Dagu Glacier National Park.
Once we arrived the hotel in the late evening of Nov 6, the receptionist greeted us with a warm welcome and proceeded C/I smoothly (Room 407, 409 & 411) The receptionist also offered us a breakfast discount RMB 219/3 rooms/ 6 guests, that was so special and valuable. However, the next morning we enjoyed the lovely breakfast with a various foods, drinks and coffee provided. In addition, we could order the noodles, dumplings for a hot dish. They were so delicious and our parents loved them.
The room size was great not too big or small, we booked for twin bed and the overall facilities was well prepared. The shower room separated from the toilet. The cleanliness was excellent, the maid cleaned up the room nicely and filled up the amenities completely.
The location was excellent, there were many local restaurants located the opposite side of the hotel. You could select what you like and try them. There was a homemade noodle that we had some day, it was so tasty and everyone enjoyed it.
Once we checked out on Nov 9, the receptionists supported us for reserving 2 cars (Didi)to go to IFS Airport Bus Station. Everything was perfect during our entire stay. Definitely we would comeback to Hello Hotel (Chunxi Rd., Tianfu Square Branch) if we have a chance to return Chengdu.

It's a new hotel which built few years ago. The services offered by the hotel were excellent. The toilet offers a warm seat especially during the winter. Free laundry service and water provided. Will stay here again in the future!

Clean and modern room. No smoking smell in the room (which is hard to find in China). Helpful and responsive staff. Communication in English via translator device. Great breakfast. Good location.
