I really like this hotel, the service, the staff, and the different styles of each room. Everything is top-notch! This is not the first time I've stayed at this hotel, and I'm always satisfied. The location is excellent, and the price is right for this hotel!

The staff is very helpful and easy to reach, room is very big and the hotel is right across Tagi

LOCATION is super good. Within couple of minutes to Taikooli, which has lots of shops including a big supermarket and plenty of eateries. Also within walking distance to Chunxi and IFS. APARTMENT is big and spacious and good for at least 4 pax (mine was a 2-bedroom Japanese-style apartment). Very aesthetic and IG-worthy at every corner of the apartment. View from room was amazing. Although looks old from outside, it is actually nice and clean within. Comes with kitchenette with fridge etc, washer, 1 bathroom cum toilet and 1 separate bath outside (open concept). There's a big screen wigh projector to watch movies in the living room. There's even a fireplace with logs! Free bottled water every day and you can request for daily housekeeping at your preferred timings. OTHERS: There are 2 mini marts within the building, it's easy to get ******* delivery. Convenient to get Didi. A few cafes and quaint boutiques, roadside food stslls and street vendors just outside the apartment building. Communication woth the apartment staff via WeChat was seamless as their responses were always prompt. Overall, highly recommended!

The apartment is very near and accessible, walking distance from taikoo li. It is within a high rise condominium unit. Overall nice room and suitable for families of 4!

Simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, our host XiaoXia made us feel so warm and welcome. She greeted us personally in the lobby and even went above and beyond to help us with an event we needed assistance with — we really appreciated her kindness and initiative. The room was super cozy and even came with a projector, which let us enjoy both Chinese and Western movies from the comfort of our bed. As lazy travellers, we actually found ourselves enjoying quiet nights in more than exploring — and this setup made it perfect. Another great plus: the room had a washing machine! It made doing laundry really easy and convenient, especially during a longer stay. Location-wise, the hotel is right in the heart of Chengdu — just a short walk to IFS Mall, Taikoo Li, and many other fun spots. We loved how accessible everything was. Lastly, the refund for our deposit was processed in less than six hours after check-out. Super efficient and hassle-free. All in all, a fantastic stay with thoughtful touches and great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu!

Is Airbnb style, no Reception but u alway can contact person In charge easily. They very helpful. Location of the apartment is great few minutes walk to Taikooli. Across the street have nice cafe that serve great coffee and pastry. Hotel design look the same as the picture. Great view from bedroom.

The location was lovely, the views were amazing from both rooms. Service was super kind. Thanks again for everything. Only one negative thing, the cleanliness is not up to european standards, but they kindly cleaned our room twice! I will stay in the same place when come to chengdu next time🌸

The reception appeared to be for the hotel on the floors below and they have no idea who we were. A local bilingual lady called the helpline for us and eventually someone came down to show us to our room when the lift doors opened it was like a building site - on painted boards, someone had scribbled room numbers with a marker. We went in and there was no electricity and the man, who seems to have no idea about the flat at all had to call a couple of people to try to work out how to get the lights on. Another man arrived and the first one left he joined me to a WeChat group, gave me the door passcode, said he would leave an entry card which behind the flat number sometime that night, told us if we needed anything to message on WeChat before 6 pm and left. We looked around and unfortunately the kitchen was dirty, the bathroom was also grubby, the sink was cracked, the bathroom decor was falling off and held on with tape, they were damp patches and mismatched paint patches and the air-conditioning only worked in one room. This should’ve been a one room flat with the biggest bedroom being the original living room, because it had sliding doors to a small balcony and the living room was small and had one very high up window. It was probably originally meant as a dining area.  one bed was okay, the other was so hard that it was like sleeping on the floor on a roll mat. We had arrived in the city quite late and by now it was after 9 o’clock so I contacted.Trip who were sympathetic and helpful. We decided that we couldn’t stay there and moved to a hotel which we found for only slightly more money and a massive improvement in quality and standard. We still had to pay for the night we spent there but have had to pay a penalty of 50% of the charge for the other three nights. The manager messaged us saying that if we left it would result in “high liquidated damages” being charged. The towels and bedding were clean, which is why it gets two points for cleanliness. The location is the only redeeming feature about this place but it is not nearly enough to earn a recommendation. The photos included are a small selection.

Amazing apartment. Exactly like on the photos. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great design, awesome location. Close to restaurants and tourist attractions. I will definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Excellent location, in the very heart of Chengdu where IFS/Taikooli is just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean, cozy, modernized decorated, fully equipped with hospitable and well-communicating host, and very reasonable price. I highly recommend this to everyone who visit Chengdu.

Perfect location, walking distance to taikooli and chunxi road. It’s an apartment but very well managed, service also good. There is a nice cafe across the street, a convenience store is just downstairs. We had a great stay

Very nice view, very convenient locate in city, very big space. Only heater water no hot when shower cause I go is cold weather.

One of the best experience for my China trip, the stay is totally worth it the price and very convenient in terms of location.

My 2nd time booking with this host. The location was great and very accessible. Rooms were great for group. Host was very prompt in response with any enquiry. Will recommend to everyone!
