Great apartment with spacious living hall/kitchen and 2 bedroom. Clean and peaceful. Lots of convenient stores ,cafes,small restaurants around. Check in and out is hassle free. Though it's a little far from central, still glad to have selected this apartment for a few nights stay

Good location, near to city and next to subway 100m walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. I got upgraded to a unit with living room, kitchen and washing machine! Spacious and nice vathroom. Very comfortable bed. I wished I had stayed longer. Definitely will return.

The place was kept clean and services were very good. It is also easily accessible through metro and there is a variety of food around the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly and helped us a lot, especially frontline staff Cynthia Bai who helped us with our packages bought through taobao and we have difficulties retrieving.

Came to Chengdu for a couple of days and staying at this hotel was a great decision! The area is very nice and it's convenient to go around the city by taking subway or a cab. The room was spacious and has good layout and it also has all the facilities to make your stay comfortable! And last but not least - friendly and helpful staff! Would love to come back to that place again!☺️

The Apart-Hotel located close to a metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Manager spoke good English and helped us order the food online and giving us good recommendations. Enjoyed the stay.

設施：酒店式公寓，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，還有烤箱，雖然短住用不到，但長租很適用。唯一困惑的是開放式的廚房設施在床邊，真要做飯怎麼保徵油煙不漂浮到床上？還有冰箱有年頭了，時不時啟動，影響晚間休息。 衞生：超乾淨，還有浴缸，可以問酒店拿個浴缸套，美美地泡個澡。 環境：酒店就在天府三銜地鐵站A口附近，出行很方便，1公里內有銀泰城，業態很齊全，百貨餐飲休閑娛樂，還有個超市，很方便採購些特產手伴帶回。 服務：前台幫忙升級成行政單套，打電話詢問問題也能耐心解答。

國慶期間酒店給住客準備了國慶的伴手禮，有胸針和筆記本，可以説是非常貼心了！入住體驗也挺好的，房間很大。

三街出差，由於定不到另外家馨樂庭，選了這一家，總的來説地方不寬敞，樓宇設施也比較舊，出差晚上來住的，早餐也一般般，好在可以自己選想吃的現做，主要還是在公司附近的考慮才定的

勝在位置的一家Citadines，地鐵站大概步行5分鐘。 一條街上的兩家Citdines都有一個硬傷：層高太低。加上這家以黑色系為主的裝潢和奇怪的動線，整個大堂和公共區域就顯得非常奇怪+壓抑。 感謝前台升了行政單房，但這家的行政單房是我住過最奇怪的房型，床的旁邊是廚房區域。無論是短租還是長住這樣的設計都非常的莫名其妙，雖然大多可能不會用廚房的部分，但還是有一種睡在廚房裡的奇怪感覺。 浴室是加分項，大窗的視野和採光非常舒服，但希望Citadines不要再在浴室用百葉窗了，不是所有人都不會用，至少寫個東西告訴別人怎麼拉起來怎麼放回去，每次都要搞一半天。

平，舒服，好勤力想幫我執房，未瞓醒就比佢嘈醒左，服務不錯。但位置同遊客區差好遠，每次call車都要坐20分鐘以上先去到遊客區。
