extremely friendly and helpful staff that will answer any of your questions or queries with a warm smile. room was clean and spacious with strong air conditioning, towels and tissues as well as free bottles of water, small snacks and soft drinks were replenished everyday. they also provided free laundry services. overall had an amazing time and stay at la viein hotel, would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and will go back if i were to visit chengdu again!

Had a 3D2N stay here, it’s honestly incredible. Pictures in the room were as described, super pretty. Super Clean. Would definitely come back here again if i’m in Chengdu. Only thing is i hope the wifi speed is faster, besides that we still had an amazing stay here. 💯🥂

The service provided by the front desk staff was excellent, and the same goes for the cleaning team. The entire loft was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and both the sheets and pillows were clean and fresh. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Xingtianwai Garden Hotel and will definitely return if we travel to Chengdu again. Highly recommended!

love this place to the bits!!!! receptionist were all super kind and friendly, helping us and going the extra miles with all our packages and delivery items. extremely extremely thankful for the hospitality 🩷🩷🩷 love it soooooo much. room was also comfortable with pillows to die for!!! THANK YOU

Highly recommend here if you chose to stay in Chengdu!! This is probably the largest and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in with all the amenities you could need. It’s a little bit far from center (around 45-50 mins) but it’s near a mall so you can easy to eat & around 5 mins walk to bus station so i think it’s fine The staff is very friendly & can also speak English.

Nice comfy place that looks exactly like the pictures. Hotel staff were really helpful! From providing recommendations (at late night), to making reservations on our behalf (because we dont have a Chinese number) to retrieving taobao buys. Can literally wechat them and get replies in minutes!

The loft room is excellent interior design and very clean .The roof top breakfast is a good vibe. The staff is very kind and very good service mind. Not far from Xipu railway station.

Very nice hotel with a good price for what you get. A minor complaint is that the door to the bathroom was broken and hard to open, but other than that we had a very good experience

One of the best hotels I stayed in during my China trip! Firstly, the staff were very professional and assisted us with every query and they had security before you enter the hotel which made it extra safe. The housekeeper left a thank you note after she cleaned the room which was very wholesome. The loft itself was also fantastic. A nice kitchen, spacious living room and clean bedrooms! The natural lighting in the room and the great location of a very big shopping centre across the road was also a plus to us. Overall, a great hotel and would definitely stay again!
