Friendly front desk teams. The toilet was rather stinky, not sure if it was not clean thoroughly or from the drainage but the duty manager/ team leader got us another room very quickly. Nice hotel in a residential area, not in the city centre but metro is right below the hotel.

Nice hotel, connecting with the metro station, and affordable price We stayed 4 nights and had a nice experience here. The receptionist, breakfast and laundry staff, all of them are polite and pleasant. The hotel has a perfect location connecting with the metro station. Just exit and enter from B1 or B2 and take a small elevator to get into the hotel lobby. So even though the hotel is not in the city center, we can reach everywhere by metro. There is a lot of local food surrounding also minimarket and shops. We walked around at night but felt safe and not scared. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast menu is also good enough with variant cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. Oh yeah, we also got souvenirs, a Panda doll and a toy when we checked out. Love it. Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel for our China trip in Chengdu.

Spotless clean room. But most importantly, staff are super friendly and help me with all concerns especially when my stupid carry-on luggage went dead and they helped get another one just in 60 min. Amazing!! Highly recommended to anyone coming to Chengdu and have a nice stays in this hotel

This place was a good place to stay, in a good location with loads of food and even in-house amenities but if you’re used to the China service standards (which is always amazing) this place might not be it for you, as it feels rather mechanical and requests may be slow to be fulfilled

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel last week and was impressed by several aspects. The location is excellent, conveniently near the university, with a wide range of restaurants and shops nearby, including Luckin Coffee, McDonald's, and convenience stores, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The room, located on the 27th floor, was exceptionally clean, though the city view was nothing extraordinary. The intelligent furniture, which allowed everything to be controlled by voice, added a modern and convenient touch. Additionally, the service stood out, with staff reachable via WeChat and a mini app for quick requests like tea bags or bottled water. The welcoming fruit and mini gift at checkout were thoughtful gestures. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The toilet had a slight odor that could be improved, and the reception process for foreign travelers was slower than expected, which might need attention. On a brighter note, the robot delivery service was a highlight, bringing items to the room quickly and efficiently. Overall, the hotel offers great value with its superior service and innovative features, despite minor areas for improvement.

This is one of the best and best value for money hotels in Chengdu. The location is very convenient, the subway is right next to it. The interior is new, elegant and luxurious. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. Most employees do not communicate well in English but they will help you to the best of their ability. I will continue to come back here after thinking in Xinjiang.

The room is very clean, cozy, and bright. The mattress is firm and comfortable. The AI assistant (smart room) worked very well. There is an MRT station right below the building, making it very convenient. There are also many eateries around the hotel, including McDonald’s. I will definitely visit again when I am in Chengdu. 房间非常干净、舒适和明亮。床垫坚实而舒适。智能助手（智能房间）运行良好。楼下就有地铁站，非常方便。酒店周围也有许多餐馆，包括麦当劳。我下次来成都一定会再次光顾。
