Apartment cleaning = 0 (supporting photos). I spent 2 hours cleaning the accommodation which had to be clean when we arrived. Swimming pool twice closed due to sanitary problems. Non-existent restaurant. Closed. Not specified in the ad. On the SPA side, j

Cobwebs living room, shower, balcony sal, non-functional TV without possibility to change room, TV replaced also not functional. Breakfast croissants and chocolate bread not cooked. Unpleasant staff. Totally disappointing.
