Location is good. Housekeeping is very friendly and in good quality. However, the hotel in general is very old. The problem is you cannot cook, even you boil some water will have a chance to trigger the alarm. If you only stay for a few nights, that is ok. If you want to stay longer, it's a bit expensive . There are hotels better than this one in the surrounding area.

服務人員可以馬上解決問題，但硬體設施普通，洗烘衣機難用，房間沒有放到吹風機。 有泳池不錯但有奇怪味道，只能說可圈可點

酒店位置很方便 走過對面就是 Chatswood 的火車站 而且 樓下也很多的士！ 但是酒店比較舊 有一段歷史 如果出差的話 我覺得可以住 但是帶小朋友就不太好 ！ 洗澡的水忽冷忽熱 設備也比較舊 不太推薦！ 可以考慮隔壁的 Meriton 之前住過更加乾淨比較新！

酒店位置還行，靠近火車站，但是靠近路邊，很吵，可以説完全沒有服務，幸虧自己帶了浴巾，衞生間的毛巾肉眼可見的污漬，被子上好幾處污漬血漬，住了兩週衹打掃過兩次衞生，housekeeping更是素質極低，而且必須早晨10點退房，根本不能商量到12點退房，我們10點退房後一直在前台坐着，並未離開酒店，前台非常小，衹有一個沙發茶几，也衹有我們一家人坐在這邊，然而當12點忽然想起收拾行李忘記打開房間壁櫥，遺忘了一個黑色小包，裏面裝着電腦充電線和轉換插頭，還有兩套舞蹈表演服，僅僅退房2小時且並未離開酒店的情況下，後馬上回房間去找，衞生已經打掃完，東西卻全都不見了，工作人員並未主動歸還，前台也並未積極配合尋找，我回到國內繼續打電話去找，前台讓發email，等待一天仍然沒有任何回覆，住了幾十年酒店，第一次遇到丟東西不歸還的，這個酒店能不住還是不要住了，慘痛教訓

是和sofitel，novotel一個集團下的，房間比較寬敞舒適，但是沒有洗漱用品和拖鞋這在澳洲酒店裡是很正常的。交通便利和附近的各種餐廳和便利店都是這個酒店值得加分的地方

酒店地段好，是臨時訂的，趕上Chatswood的好幾家酒店都滿房了，所以價格比平時高出好多，總體性價比不高。
