We live in the house in the front, so if you need assistance we're home most of the time, however, you have plenty of privacy to come in and out as you please.In the loft feel-like Carriage house there is a Full size bed, and a sleeper sofa that sleeps one.There is an utility kitchen with basic modern conveniences, such as a compact refrigerator to store your food and drinks, a Keurig coffee machine, so you can enjoy coffee at your convenience (we provide limited condiments), as well as a microwave - basic kitchen utensils provided as well. The spa feel bathroom has a large tiled walk in shower, and an oversized vanity counter for all your conveniences.Well behaved non-shedding dogs (up to 25 lb.) are welcome (for a non refundable fee), however, if any damage is noticed upon departure, we reserve the right to open a claim for damages.
