However, we are very sorry to hear that some of your expectations were not met. We also apologize for the discomfort caused by the insects on your balcony at night and the delay in trash collection by our staff. Also Okinawa is an island with a lot of nature, and insects are frequently everywhere. But it is very rare for insects to infest the top floor of our hotel, as we call in contractors throughout the year to exterminate pests. We will take your feedback into consideration and take stronger measures. As stated on our reservation website, for ecological reasons, we do not clean or change towels during your stay at our hotel. Instead, we provide eco-friendly detergents and a free washer/dryer for our guests use. Thank you for your kind understanding about it. Once again, we apologize for your unsatisfactory stay as your needs did not match our hotel.

Our hotel is designed and supervised by local artist Ryu Umehara. For the comfort of our guests, we carefully select shampoos that are gentle to the skin and use water softeners.
