Great location, soft bed, complementary breakfast was a nice touch

Nice hotel, a little dated but everything was clean and tidy. No bar or restaurant facilities for the evening but we were going out for dinner and they did get us a bottle of wine from behind the bar. Only major issue was the mattress in the room, there was basically a hole on one side and both sides were so worn out it was funny. Had I paid more than £56 I’d have asked for a room move

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is quite dated and the front desk is manned at limited times of the day.

Attending a wedding, we booked a stay here and were very impressed with the facilities. The room was spotless, Wi-Fi was reliable, and breakfast was excellent. Free parking made the whole experience stress-free. A great place to stay if you’re attending a wedding nearby – highly recommend!

The feedback was awful. • Communication terrible • The hotel was absolutely filthy • One guests room, paint on ceilings falling down • One guest had no hot water and found empty bottle of vodka in room - staff said ‘are you sure it wasn’t you’ • Another guest found a clump of something (mud or mouldy meat) under her desk, told staff to clean her room. She later found it again just pushed into a corner. • Beds extremely uncomfortable • Breakfast no spoons or cutlery to serve • Maintenance and cleanliness was awful They also have ignored every single email and never answer the phone to discuss this feedback.
