房間很大很乾凈，就在拉夫堡大學校園裡，樓下大廳有電視放球賽，辦公條件也很好，可以蹭學校的運動場地，很喜歡

Really outstanding stay! I can highly recommend. A huge thank you to V, Toby, and all the amazing team who made the stay such a pleasure. From the time I made the booking until the time I left at 04.45 this am I enjoyed every moment of this stay. It was made really special by the inspirational atmosphere and such positivity amongst the team.

Bed Bugs and Silverfish bugs are in the rooms. I woke up to being bitten by bedbugs. I was able to kill and take pictures. The silverfish bug is in the uni dorms next door also. Staff moved me for 2 hours as there was an available room at 4am. Traumatic experience after a hards day work. They had no bug spray or treatment options.

Very good value and perfectly placed to visit Loughborough and the campus. Nice staff, in particular Toby who really helped us during our stay. Breakfast was nice and it was exciting to see different sports teams who stayed, having access to free parking too

What a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful and inspiring surroundings plus great sized room, comfy bed and friendly staff. I watched athletes training as I ate my breakfast (feeling guilty as I should have trained too!). Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the local area. I’ll definitely be back!

Food is great in terms of flavor and nutritional standpoint. Staff is just amazing, very very welcoming and ready to help anyway possible, even borough their personal charger. The location is great if you are at e Lboro University, but even if you have to go to center town you have bus every 10 to 20 min. Great place to be.

I stayed for the altitude rooms, 3 weeks total & full board. Would recommend this to other athletes looking to do altitude training (live high train low). The room was very spacious and the staff were brilliant with me. The staff made sure that safety was top priority and made themselves available if I needed them. The food was top class, perfect for any level of athlete. Kitchen run by top sports nutritionists so you know you’re in good hands- special shout-out to chef Varun V and Abs for being so welcoming and helpful. 5stars

Excellent hotel within Loughborough University. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and the customer service far exceeded my expectations. Voran,the chef and his crew, went to great lengths to ensure our dietary requirements were met and to supply us with a magnificent meal. The accommodation staff are very friendly and my requests were always met with a smile. Really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back.

+ Spacious, clean, modern room. Friendly staff, if you can find them. Decent advanced price. - No gym, no aircon, poor alternatives to hot buffet at breakfast, unwelcoming notices everywhere. World class for athletes maybe, but not for me 😂 Perhaps a great place to come for a training camp, and it did seem like the hot buffet looked good, but I just wanted toast, cereal and a coffee, all of which were no better than you find in a Travelodge. No water in room, no vending machine. Worst of all for me s the abundance of signage using red underlined text. You must do this, only take one of that, you can only have coffee at these times. Felt like being back at school! Website strongly infers that there is gym access nearby (plus, look at the name of the place), but at check in I was told that the only option was PAYG access at Burleigh Court. I know I may be getting grumpy in my old age but this missed too many of the basics for me.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were of great quality and the food was simply unreal. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a pre season camp or simply to focus on their performance

Regularly use the catering at the EAC for events. Staff are always very helpful and friendly and Varun the Head Chef is a sports groupie, so always enjoys the meeting the elite athletes who visit. Food is always excellent and caters well for performance sports people who need a healthy and nutritious meal pre or post training.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a large sign saying check in at 3pm. I've not experienced this in a hotel before - not a very welcoming start. I sat in what can only be described as a cafeteria area which would have been fine if it was open to purchase a drink - it wasn't. I couldn't find a wi-fi code anywhere and my mobile data didn't work - I must admit at this point I was thinking of checking my cancellation options and booking somewhere else. Someone arrived at reception exactly at 3pm. I checked in hoping to find some water in the room as I hadn't been able to purchase any - there was none. On a positive note I could see the staff all working extremely hard and multi-tasking and the room was spotless and breakfast delicious (despite only having benches to sit at rather than a table and not great quality coffee). I didn't like the wet area shower but that is personal preference however the carpet tiles in the room were of extremely poor quality, there was next to no sound proofing and the curtains didn't stop the light coming in the room at 5am as they couldn't completely close and had gaps.
