Family of 4 . Amazing stay you really made us feel at home. The rooms were perfect. Clean, comfortable. The beds/ pillows / mattresses were super comfy. Breakfast was very tasty with a great range of choice. Fantastic location near the beach. Downstairs lounge area and other spaces were super with the honesty box for drinks and snacks. Super hosts including peanut the tortoise! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very nice hotel. Very clean room with polite and helpful staff. Perfectly located between a convenience shop, chemist and a seafront thats excellent for fossil hunters. Would recommend and stay again. If you are looking for fossils this is one of the best locations. Bus access along the coast is within minutes too.

We had a really lovely and comfortable stay. The room was really well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Hosts very welcoming. It is a great base. Few minutes walk to Charmouth beach, and few minutes walk to Charmouth where there are a couple of good pubs doing great food. This is our second stay here. Highly recommend it.

Hensleigh House is the Charm in Charmouth. Hensleigh House is immaculately furnished, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The ambience is one of total relaxation, peace and tranquility. Breakfast is delicious and sumptuous. So much from which to choose. 300 metres from the beach, perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this gem. Thank you Jayne for your hospitality and thanks to the lady who looked after us at breakfast.

We were in Charmouth for fossil hunting, and you can't beat Hensleigh House for convenience and comfort. The rooms are fresh, modern, and quiet. There is free parking on site, and the EV charging station is just around the corner. The beach is an easy walk away, so no need to move your car down to paid parking. Breakfast was exceptional, and service was friendly and efficient. There's a quiet lounge with an honor bar.

My husband & I have just returned from a four night stay at Hensleigh House & we honestly couldn't fault a thing. The house & rooms are spotlessly clean & the breakfast was delicious every morning with a choice of a full English, cereal, yogurts & fruit. For us it was a perfect place to stay as we love to visit Lyme Regis which was a ten minute drive away whenever we visit Dorset. Parking was off road with plenty of spaces. Would we return ? Definitely, in fact we're looking at booking for next "Twixmas". Thank you Warren for your delicious breakfasts & also to the lady that served us every morning, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
