I had a terrible experience at this hotel. These are some of my experiences: 1. Poor customer service. The night I checked in the keys couldn’t opened the exterior doors. It was a struggle using the keys to open my room. I requested to change keys over five things and it didn’t resolve the problem. 2. Guest smoked in the building and played loud music on the second floor where we stayed. Sleeping was difficult due to the loud music and other noises in the hallway and rooms. 3. The room and hallway were not clean. The hotel is dirty and has a horrible scent.
