Swimming, Boating, Fishing in a Luxurious Setting This stunning property provides the perfect backdrop for your next vacation. Designed comfortably to accommodate 8 guests in an amenity enriched environment with luxurious touches. Beautiful setting in the secure, boating community of South Gulf Cove. A majority of your time will be spent outdoors enjoying the courtyard pool, outdoor kitchen, & private sleeping quarters. Gorgeous water views from the expansive dock. Cast the line or drop the crab trap. Relaxation is your only priority. Please be mindful of noise as this is a residential community where the neighbors are working and have to rise early. Please do not swim in the canals as alligators are present. The alligators should not be fed or taunted. Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021: $50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance. TO DO: 1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners. 2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners. 3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer. 4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets. 5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure. 6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can. 7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so. 8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location 9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios. 10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter. 11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked. 12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed. 13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter. *Charges will incur as a result of lost or missing keys and/or remotes. ** We thank you in advance for your assistance. If all of the tasks are completed, the agreed-upon cleaning fee return will be initiated within 7 days. *** Please sign both pages. We require that the signature is of the party that made the reservation. If not signed by that person, the return cannot be provided. The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed. Two car parking in the garage along with dedicated driveway space. There is a locked metal closet in the garage that is an owners closet, please do not try to open. A car or an Uber ride service is recommended. We want you to have a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
