Radisson Blu Hotel N'Djamena

nice hotel but far from central of town the staff speaks English they were friendly and informative. Room was clean and very good so was breakfast. Internet connectivity was also good and strong compare to other places I went in that part of the world.

The service was excellent. Ousmane in the restaurant was an excellent server. Haroun was superb and his customer service was fantastic. My room was spacious and quiet with a nice view of the river and Cameroon. The food was great and the lobby was comfortable. I would recommend this Radisson as top-notch.

One star may seem a bit harsh, but I am judging the hotel based on what one would expect from a hotel in this category. First communication by email is abysmal. Response rate is low and does not lead to solutions. No-one seems to care enough to take care of you and solve your requests. The lack of ownership and customer-friendliness is appalling. Requiring upfront payment is not the practice in world-class hotels and frankly insulting, especially when the payment was done by my company by wire but the front-desk person does not know how to check. they are incapable of crediting the points to your fidelity account, first they claimed they had not yet accounted for the payment, then they claimed it was due to a software issue. It just creates mistrust when the story changes and it does not reflect well on their professionalism. The restaurant is frankly sub-par with what you can get in town, for example the grilled fish is less tasty, more greasy, smaller and much more expensive. Frankly not worth it. Overall quite a disappointment for a Radisson Blu. (and I am a premium member)

The hotel is quite new and opened in 2017. The land area of the hotel is quite vast and the hotel is built on very large scale with huge haul for major gathering or events. The interior design is nice and the rooms are spacious with balcony. The river side rooms has spectacular view. The lobby is nice and spacious but the seat design is not comfortable. The restaurant on 6th floor has nice seating and view. The food is good and tasty. The staff are nice and helpful but the English language is limited. The location is good and in quite neighborhoods but need to have a car to reach grocery shops or any kind of shopping. The quality and service to price is not satisfactory and I give it 3 out of 5.

As always Radisson never disappoints,.....Room was large with good views of the Lake Chad. staff were helpful and speak very good engish....their breakfast was exceptional; variety of fruits, cereals, pastries etc... however, the location is far from anything interesting (can be boring within the hotel) but would definitely stay here next time I am in Ndjamena!

I enjoyed my stay in Radisson, I can't list all the positive things i experienced, but i will tell you for sure, the service is getting better. I appreciate a lot the efforts provided by the whole team. Many Thanks!
