Very satisfied. Rooms were very clean and everything worked as intended . While there were complimentary teabags in the room and coffee is freely available in the lobby, it would be nice if coffee satchets were also provided in the rooms.  Service staff are courteous. Breakfast spread was mainly Chinese with many choices, it was more like for lunch.

The hotel is pretty convenient to us as the tourist locations are within 10 minutes by car. The hotel itself is very clean, room is very comfortable as well.

The room is clean, light is right. The shower water is strong. The breakfast gives me a surprise, quite a wide selections .

Great design with the orange concept. The robot is nice. Service is good as well when I request to change non smoke room and they immediately send to us. Breakfast multi variety ☺️ AI Xiaodu is helpful as well

We had a wonderful experience at 桔子酒店（潮州古城人民廣場店）. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Full of orange flavour in hotel such as hand wash, body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, candies and snacks.

Great hotel! Very modern with lots of great amenities. Would stay again.

Not exactly near tourist attraction but not terribly far either. Being a very new hotel so super clean. Room filled with hi tech gadgets. Staff very helpful and very good service

The hotel is minutes away by taxi to the ancient city centre which means bigger rooms at lower prices. It's been opened for a couple of years, and there are minor signs of wear-and-tear, e.g. shower cubicle door leakage, and broken exercise bike in the little gym room. General hygiene is excellent. Sticking to the citrous theme, odours of oranges and mandarins can be found everywhere - from body wash and shampoo, to the complementary tea bags and welcome biscuit. The staff was extremely helpful and well prepared for touristy questions, though the command of languages other than Mandarin Chinese was very limited.
