This is probably one of the best hotels in the area, and it’s relatively new. However there are still smokers who smoke in the corridors even thoh it’s a non smoking hotel. The smoke gets into the rooms after awhile. The situation only improved after the smokers checked out.

Very big, clean nice room. Staff at reception and level 1 are very nice and approachable. Helpful also!
Housekeeping is friendly but tend to forget details like never make the bed despite changing the towels and bin.
Issue still with breakfast with insufficient seats and local people just sit wherever they like despite we put our stuff on the table. The lady server at the chang fen also don’t have any system. Waited for a while and she just give out to people who came later.

Great location, friendly staffs
Hotel is at reasonable price for such good location.
Check in is fast and simple.
Check in counter is helpful and polite.
Room turn around is fast and effective. Hotel has free washers x 3 and dryers x 3, they are clean daily.
24/7 in house building security.
Hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, malls and foot massage. 7-11 and minimarts below hotel and nearby. Hotel is next to new big malls.
Mac Donald’s, 3 mins walk.
KFC right next to hotel.
Breakfast is amazing, has local Chao Sha breakfast.
Will return again to stay in this hotel.

You can go to the hotel from the airport bus line no.6 (to Chaozhou ) at the bus station no.2(chihu bus station) and walk back about 150 meters, cross the road and you will see the hotel.
The location was nice. They have the mall near hotel(Buliding A, B, C) and the KFC really close to the hotel and we enjoy about heytea and chagee too.
Staff don’t speak english, but they use a translator for communicate us. They were nice and don’t hesitate to help us although we don’t understand for each other. The real lobby is on the 5th floor.
The breakfast was great. They have a cook noodle so you can use 3 noodles for them cook. And the soup was great.!!! And they also have a congee, fried rice, some stir fried meatball and vegetable, dim sum, salad, yogurt and bread zone. It’s so various.

Rooms and bathroom is spacious. Beds are comfortable enough, relatively good as a base to explore Chaozhou Paifang Street (old touristy street), which is about a 5 mins Didi ride.
Convenient location right beside a mall with a good mix of shops as well as a KFC.
Breakfast has a good selection of local favourite foods.

We booked the room without breakfast but was told the hotel offers free breakfast. It was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was good and the spread was good. The stay was very comfortable as the room was clean.
