Excellent location right in the middle of the must-visit tourist location, Paifang Street.  Best service I’ve ever received anywhere around the globe that I’ve visited before, and I’ve been to many countries including the US, UK, Russia, Australia, Holland, South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, and different parts of China.  The hotel room has a modern contemporary look, like a bedroom in a good class bungalow, complete with a huge bathroom.  The staff communicates with you via WeChat, constantly checking on your needs and requests. They send fresh fruits every afternoon and soup in the evening.  I’ve enjoyed the stay so much that I’ve decided to cancel my booking at another hotel for my next trip to Chaozhou in 5 months, and stay at Jiangnan House again.

Had a lovely 1 night stay here - the hotel is right in the middle of the old town area but down a quiet back street so it’s nice and quiet on an evening but a close walk to the tourist areas. Ula and Leo on reception were very helpful, they kept checking in on us by wechat to make sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed - they also let us do a late check out for no extra charge. The aesthetic of the hotel is very traditional Chaozhou style, but the rooms are very modern inside. No complaints at all and would definitely stay again if I come back to Chaozhou.

The hotel is hidden in the back ailes of the Chaozhou old town, close to all the buzzes of the main street yet maintains nice tranquillity for good rest. Its architecture combines a traditional Chaozhou style and a modern Japanese minimalist design. We also got exclusive access to the old residence of Rao Zongyi, a hundred-year-old traditional mansion of articulate Chinese architecture. The staff are all locals, well trained, professional and friendly. They are very considerate of our needs during the entire stay. Hotel facilities are also top-notch. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for a local yet exclusive experience.

A beautifully appointed boutique hotel in the middle of the chaozhou old Town. Steps away from all the tourist attractions but absolute peace and quiet behind the walls. No doubt the best place to stay in Chaozhou.

第一次入住有熊，給人太多的驚喜。每個服務人員都很棒，服務熱情周到，因第二天可能要停電，還給升了房。酒店有兩個門，可以直接到牌坊街和城牆邊，非常方便。用的BVLGARI沐浴套裝:戴森的吹風機、Toto的智能馬桶，配備的潮州功夫茶具和鴨屎香茶葉。歡迎水果、晚上還送的甜湯，讓人感覺特別温暖。早餐也很精緻。還可以參觀名人故居。因為有熊讓我對潮州古城有了更好的印象。建議大家去感受一下鬧中取靜的氛圍，讓我們的身心徹底放鬆。祝有熊越來越好！

差一口氣的潮州古城酒店，開得出酒店是有設計過的，但沒有真正地把潮州古城和名人故居的氣質融合好。感覺房間像一個精裝樣本間～ 客服的服務非常好，但辦退房的時候還聽見前台在吐槽其他顧客拍照時間太久，耽誤他們帶路，挺尷尬的。

第一程住在這家店真的是此次潮汕之旅的一個超美好開始~ 選擇先去潮州並且入住這家有熊 來之前酒店的工作人員就熱情聯繫溝通 到了之後聯繫酒店 還開了小高爾夫車來接我們去酒店 體驗很有意思很特別！ 酒店的工作人員態度也是特別好 温馨又很恰到好處的給予關懷讓人感動舒服 房間內也是寬敞又處處見細節 感覺非常好 還有開夜床服務還送來了保温的甜湯 就是洗澡的時候來有些尷尬哈哈 整體真的非常滿意 下次來潮州還來~
