The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate, very comfortable and clean. The room includes a coffee machine and a kettle, plus coffee and tea capsules. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning. The location is very convenient, very short walking distance to the city center. Car parking adjacent to the hotel. The hotel has bicycles, if you want to travel. I absolutely recommend the hotel to all my acquaintances.

Amazing new, spotless and quiet hotel, only 9 suites, very impressive and roomy, beautifully decorated, many treats and everything you need to indulge yourself. The room with the huge Jacuzzi is the best! The stuff is very kind and helpful ( thank you Georgina and Marionela for everything! You're the best!), the hotel is in the most perfect location 5 minutes from everthing (Venetian port, old city, beach etc) and have a parking lot which is very rare in the city centre,also offering free bikes, umbrellas, beach towels..looks much better in real life than in pictures...Highly recommended! מלון מושלם ומפנק, חדרים ענקיים ויפהפיים, ניקיון מושלם, מלא פינוקים, חנייה! (נדיר במרכז), ממוקם כמה דקות הליכה מהכל! צוות מדהים! קיבלנו יחס של מלכים! פשוט מושלם!נראה פי אלף יותר טוב במציאות מבתמונות

Everything was perfect from the room which was everyday perfectly cleaned, big and with a wonderful jacuzzi, to the personal which was always kind and helpful for restaurants and beaches to visit. The breakfast is very big and very well priced other than complete and very tasty. Last thing the private parking is very convenient.

We chose this hotel as it has parking and was a short ways away from the old town (don’t want to drive in that!). It turned out to be exceptionally nice. Very clean, wonderful rain shower, incredibly quiet. Georgia, the manager, was always very helpful with recommendations. It was a short walk away from everything we wanted to see and do in Chania. Parking was right next door. The driving in Greece is totally nuts if you’re used to anywhere else in the world where traffic rules are followed! Stay here if you have a car. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice! They catered to our gluten free needs.

Surgically clean, really comfortable beds and pillows and exquisite breakfasts. Powerful showers and possibly the loveliest hotel staff in Crete. The added bonus of parking makes this possibly the most prefect hotel in the three big cities in Crete. We started our trip to Crete here and were so impressed with our stay we cut short our stay elsewhere to return for a couple of days before flying out.

The hotel has only 9 rooms and the rooms are very modern, good size and clean. The AC is central and that makes it quiet. Free coffee and thé in the room, Very helpful and friendly staff. A 10 min. walk to the beach and about 6 min to the old town. Looking forward to my next visit!

This place is superb. We stayed for 6 nights: 1. The rooms are actually nicer than the pictures 2. The manager, Georgia, was amazing - so helpful and gave us lots of brilliant suggestions for sights, bars, restaurants and beaches 3. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, one of the better breakfasts we've had in Crete. Also very filling with a real mix of food - you wouldn't need lunch afterwards! 4. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is super modern 5. Location is superb for all parts of Chania

A wonderful hotel with big, nice decorated rooms and bathrooms, with a huge balcony and many amenities. We planned to stay for three days and we stayed for one week! Balance Hotel is a very fine place, with an exquisite decoration, very clean and with a golden hotel manager. She is not only extremely professional and generous but also knows a huge arrange of addresses in Chania and around that made us discover the beauties and fine cuisine in the city and beyond. And the breakfast was just gorgeous and delicious! With fresh fruits and vegetables and many local delicacies, a dream served on your table! Chania is a wonderful place, but staying at Balance hotel made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

Questo piccolo e delizioso hotel sito al centro di Chania, ma allo stesso tempo defilato dai rumori della movida, è stato una graditissima scoperta. Oltre alla eccellente posizione, da citare l'ottima colazione, con un dolce nuovo ogni giorno, le stanze pulitissime e i prodotti di qualità per il bagno. Ma il vero fattore di successo è lo staff, tutto di ragazze, guidato da Georgia, che si prodigano in informazioni e indicazioni turistiche. Cortesia ed ospitalità al top.
