Total Disappointment!! 1)Upon our arrival, we found out that the hotel does not have its own parking space for our car, so we spent 20 minutes until we found one, 15 minutes away from the accommodation! 2) Upon check in, the receptionist showed us the room, which was literally located in the BASEMENT!!! Not stated on the description of the room. We spend €120 per night to be located in the basement? Really? The room was exactly opposite from the reception which means staff can hear anything we do, no privacy at all! 3) The management wasn't helpful at all, only offered a payable upgrade for the last two days of our stay! (Not even a free upgrade after such a disappointment) 4) After entering the room, we couldn't find any towels. Another disappointment 5) The first night was a disaster! Because the room is actually a basement, you can hear all the noice from the above rooms! 6) In order to have your breakfast, you need to walk at the port which is another inconvenience! Definitely do not recommend the Lignum suites to any visitor! Absolutely a waste of money.
