Hotel is well located on Old Town Chania. It is quiet and welcoming. Good points: plenty of power points, superb bed and bedding, Guy Laroche towels are changed every day. Bad Points: toiletries are almost non existent, no light above the sink so difficult to shave or apply make up etc, lack of privacy of toilet as doors are glass and directly in line with the bed, and I hit my head in stone arch on numerous occasions even though I’m only 5’ 6’’. Overall an expensive hotel - provide better range of toiletries or don’t advertise that these are provided.

I have no complaints about my visit. The building is new, and tucked away in a discreet corner of the old city, just inside the walls. The room was plain and box-like, spotlessly clean with no ghosts. Friendly welcome. There are ground floor rooms accessible by ramp.

Lovely hotel on the edge of the old town, a stones throw from the bars and restaurants, the owner and staff are very friendly, a special mention for Paula on reception, who was extremely helpful, the rooms are spotless, with very comfortable beds, with high quality bed linen, all in all it was a great choice, and we will return.

A wonderful, dreamy boutique in the heard of Chania’s old town! Our room was very spacious, the mattress was if exceptional quality, the view from all windows was so picturesque! Staff was amazing!!! We loved it! Aesthetics were great, and it was so lovely getting to speak to the staff! This was a couple stay and being Greeks and quite picky we couldn’t recommend it more!

A beautiful quaint hotel right on the edge of the Old Town in a peaceful area. Excellent location for visiting the many restaurants and shops in the Old Town plus the harbour. The nearest main beach is around 20 mins walk. The room was spacious and had a large bathroom set out in a boutique style - very nice indeed! The hosts were very hospitable and the room was perfectly cleaned daily. No breakfast, however cafes with a few minutes walk. Nice exterior courtyard too. Recommended!!

Basic room, cheap-looking furniture, no soundproofing, so you can hear conversations and phone calls, unpleasant host insisting no other rooms were available while *********** was showing available rooms, terrible

Hotel in posizione strategica nelle bellissime e caotiche stradine di Chania. Posizione comoda e tranquilla per raggiungere in pochi minuti il porto, il centro e andare fuori città con la macchina che puoi parcheggiare oltre le mura a pochi metri e minuti dalla struttura. Albergatori disponibilissimi e cordiali. Stanze nuove e pulite. Unica pecca la mancanza della colazione. Hotel Consigliatissimo. Bellissimo il giardino interno.
