We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. The hotel is well situated and we had a lovely view of the harbor. Room was spotlessly clean with thoughtful amenities including coffee, comfortable bed, fridge, safe etc. George was so helpful and gave us some great suggestions as well as answering my curious questions about life on Crete. We felt safe and comfortable here and would highly recommend for a stay in Chania.

Fantastic property, with amazing staff. The room was very clean, comfortable, with wonderful views over the harbour. Coffee machine with pods replaced daily! A special thank you to George and Harissa (hopefully my spelling is correct..) for a wonderful stay. Both were very helpful with suggestions on local restaurants, places to visit. They never tired of my questions and are very friendly to all guests with great local knowledge, I even leant a little Greek! I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay again.

This hotel is in the perfect location overlooking the Venetian harbour and my room had one of the best views I have ever had out of a hotel window. But what really makes this hotel so exceptional, is George, who runs the hotel for his family. When I arrived, I had left my suitcase at a shop several streets away and George actually came back with me to collect my case. He was the perfect host, showed me up to my room and explained how everything worked. He was also brilliant at helping me plan my stay, sorting out bus timetables, opening times, recommendations and locations of all the places I wanted to visit. George's knowledge and help made a huge difference it really enabled me to get the very best out of my visit. And I also enjoyed practising my Greek with him!

My room has a very good view of the Venetian habour. George and Ilissa are extremely helpful and friendly helping me to know the nearby area, restaurants and attractions. The location of the hotel is perfect for fist timer. It is mid point between the Venetian port and Nea Chora Beach. 10 – 15 minutes walk to other major attractions and the Central bus station.

I was skeptical because this hotel was a lot less expensive than other hotels when I booked, but I'm SO happy I did! You cannot get a more perfect location in Chania, right off of the harbor, and for the price, it was an absolute steal! The hotel is quiet and convenient and my room had the most incredible view. Importantly, the air conditioning worked great and the housekeeping was very good. Above all though, George is an absolute gem! He was friendly and provided great recommendations for dinner nearby. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Chania!

Absolutely wonderful. The host was so welcoming, friendly, and informative. The hotel is small and charming. We were In room 7 with an absolutely spectacular view of the harbour and a minute away from dozens of restaurants and bars. The bed was shall we say very firm, but that's a matter of taste. Parking is a bit tough, but such is a tourist spot. Book it and you won't regret it.

George, the host, was most welcoming, he recommended restaurants and also booked them for us. He helped improve our limited knowledge of Greek and was always up for a chat. I'd highly recommend staying here, room #5 at the top has a great view.

Fantastique ! L’hôtel se situe à moins de 30 secondes du port vénitien de La Canée, en se faufilant dans une petite rue qui descend. Giorgios fait preuve d’une hospitalité extraordinaire : en arrivant, il m’a écrit et localisé une quinzaine de restaurants sur la carte de La Canée, mais aussi plus à l’Ouest (car j’étais de passage que 2 jours dans son hôtel sur mon road trip d’une semaine). En lui expliquant ce que j’allais visiter ailleurs en Crète, il m’a également donné de précieux conseils qui m’ont été précieux. Mille mercis ! 🙏🙌

Pensione semplice ed accogliente situata appena dentro la città vecchia ma vicino ai posteggi gratuiti sul mare. Staff fantastico e molto simpatico pieno di attenzione e di consigli per i clienti ( per cena e colazione fidatevi di loro😜). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo .Personalmente per colazione consiglio ‘ O Cormoranos’ che si trova nella via che porta al parcheggio e non si trova sui social
